Horrible customer service as well as mechanical work. I took my truck there to be diagnosed for overheating and an oil leak. A day later. I was called and told my truck was looked at and everything was good. Once I arrived. I was charged 197 dollars, but no work was performed. I still had the oil leak and there was no report about what could be causing the overheating. They told me I had to go to the dealer to get the engine serial number. I took my truck to Raul in kearny,, nj. An hour later my truck was diagnosed and the problem was found. Never again will I go to Emmanuel.
The guys there usually do a good job nice friendly environment . They start on u rite away . I've been dealing with them for several yrs. And I keep coming bck so that says it all.

I took my truck to be repaired today. I agree with the other reviewers on here that they steal your money and over charge you. They charged me $1,296.87. That’s more than I have payed at other mechanics for repairs. I advise that everyone stay away from this business.

This workshop is scammers, they charge you double for parts of the change, they damage parts to have more work and if you repair the truck and you have problems they say it is another problem to charge you from more thieves ?????????? They charge you double for parts. They brake stuff to make more money. If you fix your truck there and that same thing brakes they say it's something else to charge you again. They are thieves!!!!!!!! And fake mechanics!!!!!
