Had a great experience with this shop. We were traveling through and had a problem with our RV. Chad and his team had us in and out in less than an hour and charged a very reasonable price for the work completed. Highly recommend this shop.

Terrible people. Do not bring your truck here. Stick to bigger shops. My driving partner came in this store yesterday and he was not treated with any kind of respect or honesty. They saw a man in desperation and took advantage of it. Again stick to bigger shops like Loves and TA if you can. They have set prices and they won’t take advantage of your situation. I’d give this place 0 stars. Forgot to add they are all white and he’s a black man and they were so quick to try and call the police on this black man for questioning their price gouging and rip off rates! So if you’re a black man I’d think twice because they’ll call the cops if you voice your concerns and we all know what that can lead to

A fellow trucker of mine visited this place yesterday. He was extremely over charged. He also was made to feel he was racially discriminated against. When he questioned why the price so high for something they didn’t fix and only by passed he was threatened with have the police called on him. They would not explain the labor rates. Its companies like this that take advantage of truckers on the road. They know you need to get something done and extremely over charge. With him being black they threatened to call the police on him for challenging their prices. I suggest fellow truckers never visit this place. If you look at the comments and how they responded, seemingly don’t remember something that happen not even 24 hours ago. So that says a lot in its self.

Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet! Got me in and out in about 24hrs. Kept me informed every step of the way. Call ahead and make sure they have space if you have a trailer. Thanks for taking care of the truck!

Great place they took care of our truck and very hospitable. Being from Florida we felt totally comfortable here and they did exactly what the company asked I would recommend this place for diesel repair

Stay away please, this shop is the worst shop I ever had to deal with. They take forever to do things. They over charge you and feel like it’s ok. Truck kept purging, so they told me it was a leak on my air compressor. Took 15 mins to figure it out. Charged me 167.00 for it. So I asked can they bypass the air dryer, because I was in a rush. They charged me 587.00 to bypass a freaking air dryer. Simply because they he guy working on it, didn’t know what he was doing. They basically charge me mire for his time ti figure it out and ask other mechanics on what to do..These people are scammers. They don’t even have a hourly rate, just be making up numbers.

Good people,good work, good price. Took care of a small problem I had with my doors and made sure everything was clean when he was done. Thanks again.

Great shop, I'm smiling ear to ear, Took my old harvester in for an overhead, pm,oil change, and tune, They done a great job, I absolutely love the difference in how the truck performs now. With great fair prices. I also got the chance to really talk with owners himself and Wife even with the technicians, Very nice and professional family they have over there, I recommend it to be a must stop in location for a wide range of work that you might need..

We were in deep trouble with our motorhome, which had begun to drip gasoline puddles onto the pavement. We feared driving the RV too far, so we called a nearby repair shop, Carolina Truck Care. Though a busy Friday afternoon for them, they invited us to stop by for an assessment. Upon our arrival, technicians who were repairing other vehicles gathered around, and within 30 seconds of searching underneath the RV had diagnosed the problem. Owner Chad Bishop provided a few options, including one that would get us back on the road that same day. Getting the parts right away, technician Justin was able to repair our RV and have us on our way again. Simply put, Carolina Truck Care is the repair shop you wish were available in every town. Their attention to our problem and great service at a great price really saved the day. We can't thank them enough.

On my way to North Carolina my radiator had a leak. Fortunately made it to the drop off location about 45 minutes from Carolina Truck Care. They were truck shop in Hendersonville NC, called them but seen to be on a hurry, I call Chad Shop, was amazed with the professionalism and customer services the lady provided me on the phone, my radiator was replace with a new one, Was out of the shop the same day, Chad even give me some advices. Great shop they do it all Really happy with them. God Bless their business!

I'm so glad I found this place they are awesome. I'm an owner operator and I was under a load when my clutch went out. I got it to their shop Monday, he thought he might could get to it sometime Monday but ended up being Tuesday morning, by close of business Tuesday they had me back on the road. Everyone there is very nice and honest that's something hard to come by these days. They found a couple other issues that was about to give me trouble and I got that fixed as well. Sandy even took me to a store so i could get some smokes. She also fixed me a cup of coffee Tuesday morning when I got into the shop, she makes a really good cup of coffee. Thanks Sandy and Chad y'all earned my respect and my future business. <3

Had truck for 3 months with zero progress or diagnosis. Biggest disappointment was zero follow up calls. If i didn’t call which i did numerous times I would have never heard from anyone and my truck would still be sitting there. Ended up towing to another shop AND on arrival missing parts that my wife had to return to shop to pickup…

I’m truck driver that broke down on 85, I checked the google ratings on some places in the area and they all sucked. I found this place with a good rating, 30 miles away and gave them a try. I wish I live out this way because I would use them all the time. Super friendly and respectful of my time, which is important because time is $$$$$. Very reasonably priced. Truckers lounge was clean and comfortable.

Charged me $360 Bucks for water pump and basically $800 for labor ...that seemed fishy.. okay I paid I had no option....then my radiator was leaking then gave me a quote for $1,850....like seriously???? I left and went to 1800-radiator and bought the radiator it for $550 and took it to TA and they charged me $300 for labor.I saved a ton of money.What make you guys feel like I would ever want to come back???

Wonderful company! As an owner operated, my husband, it is hard to find a company you would trust with your trucks. The owner and his crew at this shop are awesome, they are always on top of getting trucks in and out of the door. Don't hesitate to contact them, you will not regret it.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sandy and Chad. In the most unopportune time of my driver delivering a load, the driveshaft broke. Made a call to Chad and he helped me with towing, and got my truck back on the road. Did not break me, nor did I have to get loans. Absolutely the fairest, cordial people you can deal with. Definitely on speed dial! Thank you dynamic duo!!!
