They saved our butts! Passing through town in a Kenworth T680 and had a differential fail. I called nine different shops. They were the only ones that could work on without a wait of a couple days. Professional, reasonable and fixed it properly. Everything I needed.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. They replaced my alternator on a Friday afternoon in a few hours. I highly recommemd their service. Outstanding!!

Racist and lazy environment. Don’t let the reviews fool you. I went to this shop and asked for help and was told to wait a hr. I waited an 1hr and 30 min and still no help. During that time I saw 3 different technicians standing around takin smoke break and talking. ****UPDATE*** Thank you for your response. Stating that there is 25 trucks ahead of a potential new customer doesn’t warrant that someone should have to wait a 1hr and half for 5 minutes of your time to see if they want to do business with you. Customer service is key. Have a bless day..

Awesome team of experienced diesel mechanics! I needed emergency suspension work done on my truck to get back on the road ASAP, after a different shop wasted a whole days worth of time giving me the run around, I gave up and called 4B diesel services, when I got there, they started ripping into the truck right away and ordered everything I needed within minutes, was back on the road the next day, the other shop was telling me 3-4 days.. glad I found these guys! ???

Best guys to fix and diagnose a issue.. was certain all I needed was a forced regen. Found out I had major issuse. Pulled in at 2 something pm, they had the first half of the problem solved. Unfortunately couldn't solve the rest till morning due to a burnt harness. Overall 10 stars is better recommending. Poor new guy had to work...???? EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW.. called nick on Monday with a tiny issue all the warning lights were back on and derated. Nick sent one of the guys up there to fix the problem unfortunately I ended up getting towed back to Austin. And it's taken then a few days to figure it out.. price for the repair is well within reason for 85 mile call out and the guys to figure out def issuses. Overall I highly recommend them and will ask our break down to put them on a list of to use

Very professional people. The owner used to work at freightliner of Austin. Very experienced stuff. The PM service is little over priced but they will make sure your truck comes out ready for 15k miles

I have had several trucks in there shop for oil changes and received good service at a reasonable price. They went beyond what I normally got by finding problems and not just a fluid and filter change.
