I called this HAWKEYE DIESEL REPAIR, and ask for assistances on a bucket truck, and they send a Mechanic not problem. the only bad thing it was that after the mechanic show up, he told right away that that he will not be able to fix the problem, not even look at the truck. after we talk about $149 per hour 2 hour minimum on the phone, he send me the bill for $677 dollars for doing nothing, this is unacceptable, NO HAPPY WITH THAT! SO THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME WERE USING THIS GUYS. IT'S NOT JUST TOO EXPENSIVE IS RIDICULOSE EXPENSIVE... $677 FOR COME OVER AND SAY !I CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOUUU! THE COMPANY THEY SEND ME IS (J'S ROAD SERVICE)THAT ONLY FIX TIRES AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS A BOOM TRUCK WITH HYDRALIC PROBLEMS..

Let me start by saying thank you to Kyle and his team they saved our family.. we broke down and they were excellent with having my truck back on the road the next day to continue our journey.. I thought we would be stranded somewhere for good and they made me and my family feel safe and at home

Would be a one star rating but the initial experience was okay, and they were actually very helpful. Which permits another star. Horrible at communication. Won’t answer the phone if they recognize the number, said parts were unavailable, couldn’t provide part numbers etc. had our unit for about a month, talking about they couldn’t source an ac compressor for it. Seriously , save yourself the time and headache and give someone else the opportunity to earn your business. What a shame

they don’t even deserve that one star I promise!!!! Before taking my truck to this place I called and asked the lady at the front desk. How long will it take for them to do a diagnostic on my truck? Lady said it’s Friday and she will have it done Monday or latest by Tuesday today is 28 June Ever since I’ve been calling to get an update on my truck They never call you with an update to tell you what’s going on with the truck no source of communication, very rude and unprofessional.

If i can 100 stars this i would!! - they had there guys send a tech to do a diagnostics on my truck, & Pete had me back on the road in no time! Loved the service especially because i had my kids with me!

I was driving through fort Worth in a recently acquired 97 Ford with a 7.3 l diesel that broke down, contacted these folks after hours. They where outrageously prompt, very professional, and very well versed in their trade. Wound up getting the truck fixed no hitches great pricing I can't speak highly enough of them. Really helped me out of a bind

Hawkeye diesel repair came to my location to repair the brakes on my RV . On July 13 the mechanic let the jack fall damaging the front passenger side air bag. I have been trying to get them to repair the air bag for almost 2 months with no results. Kyle Thomas is the manager and is a very rude person. I would not recommend anyone using them
