Called OnSite Fleet to service one of our trucks and diagnose a few other trucks, and I thoroughly walked through how the pricing was set up, which was call out fee + hourly rate. There was no mention of a computer diagnostic fee for the other trucks where I only wanted diagnostics because it sounded like this was included under the hourly rate. Then I got billed for each truck a computer diagnostic & labor fee. Really feel like I was straight up lied to about this. Would not recommend.

Super folks- Brandon the Wrench rocks!! Anne does a superlative job managing the schedule & billing- Chad got me started having oil analysis done- with that information I can do a better job ensuring my truck is ready to roll, as a hot shot driver, I can’t afford breakdowns!! Love these folks!!!

The best service I've ever received. I called with an emergency request 15 minutes to closing time. OnSite Fleet Services of Texas didn't turn me away during a desperate time of need. Came out to replace a wheel seal. Vastly faster than a repair shop or dealership. Days faster. Very happy.

Technician was knowledgeable. He Diagnosed it quickly and had me on my way to next city in no time. Very organized. Cleanest tech I've ever witnessed.

These guys are amazing!!! Their communication is really good, when they tell you they’re Going to have something fixed by, it is done. They try and do work to truck or trailer when your off so it doesn’t cut into your time. Overall I recommend them.

The only reason I gave five Stars is because they don't make it so you can give 10 called onsite yesterday broke down in Grand prairie TX Rick came out to fix my truck he went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road as quickly as possible Ann in the office also a delight to work with would recommend this crew to anyone if you ever have trouble in DFW area give them a call you won't regret it Thanks again onsite for all your help and for respecting the trucking business the way you do

These guys are great. We needed a radiator repair on one of our trucks. At first we went to the dealership and our driver sat for 5 days without the truck ever being looked up. Kevin Nelson @ Onsite Fleet got us out of a bind. We towed our truck to their shop and the repair was done overnight. We were very satisfied of their service. They even went out their way to shuttle our driver back and forth from the hotel. We've decided to only use this company if our trucks break down in the arlington area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I was broke down on the side of the road and called On Site Fleet services of Texas. They sent Matthew out, he arrived quickly, diagnosed my problem and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I couldn't be any happier.
