The parts department is horrible. I’ve spoken to every parts salesman and they all are incompetent. Nobody can order the right parts. Communication from them is terrible. I’ve left voicemails with everyone including the parts manager and nobody can seem to return a call. I order parts anywhere else if I can.

They don’t answer the phone half of the time, ordered the wrong parts for my truck and then refused to return my money because i lost my receipt. Bad customer service ontop of having to constantly call to see if parts have arrived

Don't ever take ur truck here they will make you spend over $15000 before they tell you ur engine is no good they don't know what they doing

Not so good had a sensor issue...they said they were way too busy to help...even tho I had bought the truck from them

Great place to work and or have your truck worked on. Great group of mechanics that work together .

The only thing I can say about this repair shop is the mechanics are good at what they do but the manager of the shop needs retraining every time I go here I request for my parts to be returned to me it always seems that they are never able to get all of my parts back it's just a safety precaution of mine if they take it off then I know when I inspect my truck what I am looking for other than that the shop mechanics are great

Great place of business the Receptionist Tivia is always so sweet and kind she always has a smile every time we come in even on the phone she’s just awesome and has a BIG heart! Will be doing a lot more business with you guys!

Great customer service. Parts department are easy going and due to the high demand for parts in this economy down side. They are still able to find the parts u need. All in all Great place to get your parts with a great attitude. Both parts man Felipe and Jaron

These guys are great. Arrived in town Friday afternoon and my Trans Filter maint light came on in my motorhome. Called them and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning. They got me in right away and finished in about an hour. Great work.

Their field tech Michael White said he would be at my yard on 6/1/22. He didn’t show up and didn’t call, I’ve called him more than 4 times and left 2 voice mails and no response. On to the next shop

Service people are very friendly but had my truck towed in and they left it out side the fence for 4 days over the weekend, got broke into and stoled $3000worth of merchandise. Unacceptable but general manager called and said he would give me $1000 off the bill and they did after I felt he padded the bill by a $1000. I will tell you what I’m in the service business and I would of handled completely differently. After the general manager got a hold of everyone their attitudes changed and acted like they were afraid to talk to me. Expensive lesson I guess..we’ll it’s been a week and I sent 2 emails nothing back. They don’t care, pretty sorry management.

The place where u can trust your truck only for tire repair

Used to be an employee of this hostile work place. There were great people working here in in the shop as techs however management was absolutely terrible. Asked for a schedule change because I had worked the tuesday through saturday shift during my service there and never once complained, never threw a fit, never caused a single problem. The service manager, JOE, literally laughed in my face and said I was too young to work Monday through Friday. I turn in my 2 weeks notice a month later after I had a new job lined out and the crook fired me the very next week and put me In a bind. Do not recommend to work for this place. As i said they have some great techs there but the management is shady, and are a bunch of lying crooks.

Parts department-Have been waiting for over 40 minutes and the ONE guy who they have working cannot handle 3 phones ringing every 3 seconds PLUS people inside trying to get service! Hire more people!! TOO much for ONE person! Under these working conditions, Julian did an excellent job!!

I won't recommend this place i pay 17 thousand dollars at the same location in amarillo and my truck it has the same issue from the first time i put it in to these locations this is the 4th time they said they did fix my truck but they never did the same issue still there and every time they want to charge 7 to 10 thousand dls I'm so disappointed with this dealership hopefully nobody will go to those places they going to stolen your money and at the and they never answered to the warranty at the end of my situation they took 2 weeks just to tell me we can't fixed because it's something else wrong with it, so they trying to. Charge me. 7 to 10 thousands dollars more this is ridiculous

I called summit with a transmission problem on the side of the road and talked to to a service manager by the name of wesley. He assured me that if i could get the truck to him they would look at it right away. wesley was true to his word and as soon as the wrecker unhooked me it was put into shop right-away!!! This was thursday around noon and the transmission was taken apart and repaired =out the door by friday noon-ish!!!! I have never been treated with more respect and kept updated on the work progress at any other repair shop like i was here!!! They treated me like i had been a loyal customer for ever there.and i was a owner-operator from pa. Great people in every department i met here and the mechanic that repaired my truck was super too!! Wesley was a man that was true to his word and made sure i had everything i needed including a ride to and from the motel. If i ever need repair's in this area again you can be sure i will be getting them done here!! thanks again and GOD BLESS!!!!

Not satisfied at all they don't answer the phone in service I took my truck in to have the batteries load tested they had it for 2 days and never touched it I ended up having to put the batteries on myself and they still tried to charge me this is a sorry place for service and the management dont seem to care good luck to anyone who has to have this sorry group of people work on there truck
