This is the worst and expensive place ever to go to. I took my reefer trailer in for repairs not related to my reefer unit. Repairs was done at a ridiculous price. No pricing was discussed til things started getting taken off and put on 3-4hrs later. Also my reefer unit was getting down to 7degrees and lower with nothing on the trailer. I get my trailer back turn unit on it’s not cooling off. Not only that 4 of my buttons on my display screen not working either. So I open up my unit seen a fuse removed and a wire was taken off my unit. Like this type of services is not professional and it’s not right. People work to hard for what they have you pay good money. Come to find out that this place here is messing over ppl to get more business to keep you coming back. I highly do not recommend this place to nobody. $386 for 1 wheel seal is a ridiculous price and I needed 2 done. Avoid this place it’s a rip off.

Bad business owner. Overpriced repairs. Literally price gouging. Will quote one price then change the pricing afterwards.

This guy saved me over $2000. A truck has electrical issue we thought Sam-Chassie need to be change & we bought one we asked him to assemble it. When he arrived there he checked everything & he found the issue. A connection bolt was loss. He simply tied the bolt and everything start working. It’s hard to find people like him now days, he could of simple add up hours & charge me a lot. But he simply got the job done with minimum feet. Thank you.

Great guys. Called in to see if they could fix a tire that I had picked a bolt up in. Drove to them was in and out in no time. Price was reasonable. Was even offered a soda or water while I was waiting. Will definitely use this shop again if the need arises.

they are so unprofessional. And so expensive. So please don’t come here. they charge me 384$ for one wheel seal. You can see in the photo I attached.

We were charged DOUBLED than what was initially quoted for the AC Compressor replacement. Tacked on extra "Charges" and fees. Avoid if possible or get your quote in writing beforehand. Only upside was the quick replacement. They were able to get us out of there in about 4 hours.

They charged my driver double just for the wheel seal. I don’t recommend this place.

Great service and mechanics. Big lot for parking. Had 3 box change and breaks + wheel seals on a drive axle plus oil change. Fast and fair price. Friendly owners. Going back when I need any work done.

One of, if not the very best repair experience I’ve ever had. Joel took care of us and our trailer with the upmost respect and professionalism. Ray and the entire staff made our visit the most comfortable and least intimidating. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. If I lived in the area I would visit US Truck and Trailer repair exclusively.

If you don’t want to be robbed don’t come here. Towed my truck here to get it fix and they couldn’t fix it. They told me to take to the dealership and they still charged $2k. They don’t have knowledge on mechanics just to rip you off. Plus they are very rude.

This place is one of the best place to get all your truck service done, mechanics are very helpful, I was in and out in 1 hour, had got oil change and diagnostic done for check engine light on. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for anyone if you looking for good affordable service . I will definitely be back.

The good reviews were misleading. went there for a problem they said they were sure that they were changing the correct part. I ended up spending $2300 to fix the problem I had with my truck. Just for them to not fix the right part. I lost $2300 and my truck is still in not good condition. Don’t waste your time on this place.

Called to see about truck parking, since google recommended US Truck and trailer repair for truck parking.. who ever answered the was disrespectful. answered with what? not a hello, how are you or anything that would reflect professionalism.. If this is how they treat their customers.. I can bet their workmanship is very poor.. Highly do not recommend them !!!!.
