Simply the best. Dustin and his team are A+ I’ve taken my sprinter to them a few times for AC issues that no other shop could figure out. My unit was bought from a place in PA that specialize in them which is 4hrs away, when I had The issues I must Have called 20 places and they all pretty much told me I had To take it back to the place that installed it, Dustin was the only shop that took it in and not only that they found the issue and he took me in and took care of it in a day so I didn’t lose any business. Very professional, great team. All around no other place to take your larger vehicles. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I've been using Elite Truck over the last few years and they've been nothing but great! All the staff are knowledgeable and very professional, their pricing is reasonable and they do great work! Elite truck has always been my go to shop for all my companies Fleet needs. They are fast reliable and most importantly trustworthy. Having known Dustin as a friend for years, I was surprised to discover that his services extended to regular daily vehicles. When my Acura MDX began making an unsettling noise, we took it to a local shop. They diagnosed the problem as a sway bar issue, but even after addressing that, the noise persisted. We were really disappointed after paying to get the sway bar repaired. Luckily, Elite came to the rescue. Dustin and his team quickly determined the real culprit: a faulty front driver strut and leaky control arm bearing. They recommended replacing both struts and the control arm. Post-repair, my MDX feels brand new! What truly sets Dustin and his team apart isn't just their skill, but their integrity. They provided accurate recommendations, never pressuring me into any decision. Their honest assessment was both refreshing and reassuring. While it's an added bonus that Dustin is a friend, this experience has made it clear: I would confidently recommend Elite Truck & Fleet to anyone seeking high-quality automotive service rooted in honesty, professionalism, and quality.

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. This shop is unprofessional and not honest. If you’re a single woman looking for these guys to do honest work and respect you, think again. These men gaslight and talk down to you like you’re an idiot while ruining your vehicle. Don’t let your daughters come here.

I needed a shop to look at a potentially dangerous condition with a heavy duty hitch on my vehicle. I called them out of the blue from Fort Belvoir and they said they’d take a look the next morning but it might be a few days before they could get to it. I showed up, they had an open bay, they immediately looked at it, we discussed what was needed and they corrected the issue right then….about 15 mins. They charged me nothing!! But they earned a customer for my future diesel maintenance and repair needs. They were busy, very busy, that says a lot about their reputation.

Very helpful throughout the whole process, not to mention the quickness of getting our trucks transmission replaced so we could have it back out on the road asap. Everyone i spoke to was super polite and helpful. 10/10!!

If you own a diesel truck like I do, this is the place to go. I've been a customer for about 2 years now. Have had the whole exhaust replaced with a new DOC here and it runs amazingly. Also later I had the suspension replaced after I lost control coming off a ramp on a rainy day and went over the curb violently a few times. Right now, I'm getting ready to replace the rear differential (messed up by the same ramp spin out). Excellent work by good people here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Most of the time when I’m in our home town, I always give my shops plenty of time to make repairs especially if I am not in critical need. I give them days or even the week. Elite was recommended by another mechanic who didn't have the room or time to look at my truck and I couldn't be happier with the service. They were easy to work with and offered accurate diagnostics and repair options at an affordable rate. They went above and beyond to deal with my complicated F-250 repair. I'm very grateful for the great service. I'll go out of my way to take my diesel trucks to this shop for the foreseeable future!

Have been looking for a good place take my truck for a while now and glad I ran across Elite Truck & Bus. Dustin was very professional from the jump, customer service was on point and very straightforward on pricing which is appreciated. Definitely would recommend these guys they do great work. My truck broke down in the DC area and was towed to Elite Truck and Bus. The facility was selected, since they are a preferred provider for the vehicles warranty provider. This shop is top notch and has a qualified, professional, and friendly staff. Most of the time I base where I go on reviews and how the conversation goes during my initial call for inquiries. Sonia is awesome and set the tone for everything that followed. Dustin was also great and takes pride in his shop, employees, and they stand by their work. Prices are great, customer service is exceptional, and the work is honest. All you need to do is call and make an appointment. Now I know first hand why they have 5 star reviews. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I don’t know what their limits are but I would say if they can get it in the shop, they will take care of you. I had an amazing experience with Elite Trucks and Bus Center. I wish I could give more than five stars. I was able to get in same day and my repair was completed in a very timely manner. Dustin did an outstanding job keeping me updated and informed on the status of my repair. He was honest and thorough with all information provided.
