BEWARE Quoted me $2200 to replace a leaf spring. Only go here if you have too much money or just don’t care about getting robbed! Leaf springs are 2-300 and labor about $200. Thieves! Have these reviews are fake! I found a shop down the street that did the job for 1000 parts and labor, that’s still high but oh well they get you on the road some way!

Had a very very slow leak in a drive tire in my Freightliner that just couldn't be found. As soon as I showed up at United, Nick & Alden were right there to help. Got me in and out of the shop in 30 minutes time. Best customer service, with an extremely low price to fix. Back on the road, and the wheels are turning. THANKS UNITED

WARNING: I called this repair shop the day before my driver would arrive with a coolant leak. I spoke with Nick and he was super cool! My driver shows up the next morning - the shop identifies two coolant leaks (lower radiator hose, and a def coolant line). They send me an estimate for $1,268.62 to replace these two lines and refill our coolant. I explained to them how that's an INSANE price for the two standard hoses to be replaced. They put our old coolant in per request and our invoice came out to $991.74. Our driver leaves, and 5 miles later a plastic T piece for the heater core hose connectors breaks. Unlikely - but okay. They come out, clamp it off, add water and we return to their shop. The NEXT day - we are sent an invoice for $950 for replacing the plastic T piece and refilling our coolant again. I called right away, and "Sonny" answered the phone with a disgusting attitude. I explained to him no one in history has spent $2,200+ on two coolant lines and a plastic T connector, and we didn't want to break history doing so. After arguing, belittling me and bragging about his own fleet size, he brought the price down to $800 (Still RIDICULOUS). If you showed up and didn't say a word: $2,218 If you show concern, you still get played: $1,791 - we paid. These guys are not genuine people, and WILL take advantage of you if your truck says a different city and state on the decals! BEWARE!!

This shop did an excellent job on getting our AC fixed! The first service tech we saw for this issue was incompetent and unprepared. SO UNITED WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR RIGHT NEAR OUR SHIPPER PN OUR NEXT LOAD! United Truck & Trailer repair is professional, fast, competent, and fair priced! Thank you!

Great and prompt service! Needed a couple lights rewired and had a small air leak that needed to be taken care of. Buddy at the front desk greeted me and they took the truck in almost immediately, as there were other trucks being worked on. James did the job efficiently and quickly. In and out in just an hour! Pricing is reasonable and the guys work very clean. Also, the nicest and cleanest bathroom in a shop I have seen! They also offered me coffee while I waited. Will absolutely be back! Good job guys!

We were an odd case to begin with. We were buying an old school bus for the purpose of conversion into a tiny home for my wife and I. long story short they helped us find a tow and agreed to give it an inspection and let us store it there for the night. We needed the temp tags to move the bus but couldn’t get them til the next day. Guys at the shop were all really nice. We are from MD so we were a little bit out of our element, but they all treated us like friends. Basically they helped us out in a pinch and could have taken advantage but didn’t. Tow and inspection were only 450. They put it on one invoice which made things super simple. Icing on the cake is that they replaced a brake light and greased some stuff and didn’t add anything to the original inspection price. I highly suggest these guys to anyone who has a diesel that needs anything. Especially if you are a bus converter or any sort of novice. Finding people you can trust is so hard and these guys are great. Thanks so much if you guys read this.

We broke down pulling our camper and are full-timers. we limped into a place to park and disconnect and this was the closest shop to us. We told them what happened and I believe that was our mistake. Our truck was towed to them late afternoon and in the morning they called us and said the truck was done. They charge us almost $1,000 to replace a $25 clamp. They said they did eight hours of diagnostics on our Turbo charger, which is a joke since they barely had the truck for 8 hours of their actual open hours.! They had us and took advantage of that fact!
