Free semi truck clutch adjustment. I went to get a clutch adjustment for my 2015 freightliner Cascadia, and they did the clutch adjustment in like 5 minutes for free. That is awesome.

Convinced my boss we needed a change.. called and was told I could drop off my tractor for repairs at 8:00am… pleasantly surprised when they called at 10:00 that it was repaired and ready to roll.. my boss won’t be bringing work to the former shop.. On a Saturday afternoon my work truck decided that it did not want to shut off, when you turned off the truck. It just kept running, even with no key in the ignition. My normal mechanic is closed on the weekend. Even though it was close to closing time, the staff at Dirks had me come over and they showed me how to get the engine to turn off. I am thankful that they were open on a Saturday and willing to show me what to do until I can get the problem repaired. They were a life saver!!!! Thanks to your friendly and knowledgeable staff for all the assistance.

Dirks is awesome. It's expensive if you have commercial truck issues, But they come out to fix and diagnose things. Only problem I had was that they charge a 138 an hour and that clock begins when they leave their shop and not when they arrive...that to me seems a little screwy I ended up paying 350.00 for really 20 minutes of time. All in all good experience.

Our truck just turned 900,000 miles and thanks to the guys at Dirks our truck is running so smooth and quite it feels like we are floating down the road. For the first time we can hear the turbo whistle. You guys are amazing!! Thank you

Really nice people honest won't sell you things you don't need Ayear gone by. Took truck in for main bearings. Got it back and immediately noticed I lost 10llbs oil pressure at both idle and running down the road. I asked if oil pump was checked they said yes. It did have some wear. But rather than call me and ask if I wanted to replace it. They put it all back together. When I asked how I could have possibly lost 10 lbs pressure they said. And I quote, "sometimes some bearings will do t. Hat". Very disappointing. I had to have the overhead redone. At a different shop Valves even adjusted to tight.

Went to Dirks anticipating full brake replacement on my class A motor home. Nick and Paulie said let's have Jason take a look first. I was expecting to leave the motor home, but Jason got right to it and discovered my front brakes were fine needing a little adjustment only. The rear needed a little more however and Jason corrected all that needed to be done immeadiately and efficently. Well done Jason, I watched most of the process. Dirks Truck Repair is my go to place for work on my motor home. Saved me money because they were honest and did not tell me I needed work done that was not necessary. Thank you guys and I'll be back when I need professional repairs to my motor home.
