We took are truck in to see what was wrong with it and when we told them we where not going to get the truck fixed. they did not put the truck back together properly. Bolts where missing and wires were not connected. We told them something was not connected and they said since we were not going to fix it with them they weren’t not going to look at. We called the manager multiple times and each time we where told he was to busy to talk and no return call.

The company I work for has purchased 3 Hino Box Trucks. We have a 2015, 2020, and a 2022. We recently bought two semis as well. A 2023 Volvo, and a 2022 Mack. All five trucks run and drive great. Kriete Truck Center truly is a one stop shop for everything truck!! When the trucks need service, they always get our trucks back in service, fast!! Their technicians are very knowledgeable, and do top notch work. I can honestly say, Kriete Truck Center cares about their customers, and their customer's trucks. If you're in the market to buy, or service a truck, give Kriete a go. You won't regret it!!! Thank you!!

Double check that everything that is said to be done is actually done. They'll make it right once you point out all the corners that have been cut. You've got to watch these guys. But they will do good work if you keep your eyes on what is supposed to be done.

BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE & MANAGMENT. We got our truck serviced here and they were playing the guessing game of what repair to do and charging us for every bit of it until they got to the final solution and asked for more money to get it done. Do NOT SERVICE Here! THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH SERVICE

I actually had such good service, I feel I owe them a proper review. I was so impressed with the communication I was afforded through out the entire process. Brian and Roger did a wonderful job letting me know what was going on.... I feel the work performed was done quickly and efficiently.... They put us back on the road as quickly as possible.... Thank you!

checked in at 11:30am(for windshield replacement and front hub leaking) they got my truck into the shop a short time after arriving. At 1:41pm I walked out to see how much longer they would be and they hadn't touched the truck yet. so I took pictures showing a time stamp on it. around 1:50pm they started to work on it. around 3:00pm I walked out to check to see how far along they were and they was still working on the windshield. finally at 3:43pm they pulled my truck out of the shop. So two hours labor I can deal with that at $155.00 an hour. but when I received the bill it was for 3 hours labor at said price, plus and miscellaneous $51.00 charge what was later called a just because charge. $116.00 labor charge to change out a front hub. (a 15 minute job at best.) And after being in a hurry to leave to pick up my next load I noticed the new windshield has a 6 inch scratch down it from where the techs tool slipped. now they can replace it again this weekend at 100% out of their pocket. I would normally let it slide but after being lied to and over charged it should be perfect.

This place is the absolute worst dealer in Milwaukee. They have absolutely no sense of urgency. I dropped my truck off and it’s been hell since. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and my truck is still sitting and I’m stuck with no revenue. Service department treat me like I’m bothering them when I ask them when will they do the work.

Most overpriced shop I have ever used in my life. $1,100 for a road test, then on a separate occasion $1,200 for 3 hours labor listed on invoice to repair a broken wire. Never again will I return, I'd rather tow it somewhere else. I should have read the other reviews of similar stories first.

Would highly recommend, we enjoy building our relationship with this dealership and their team, very professional, understanding and most importantly they understand the needs of their clients. Steve Nieminski is the guy to go in the sales department, if he cant get it done, you are probably out of luck. A+

Was there yesterday. My Hino truck had check engine light on and engine running kind of rough with lack of power. I had delivery close buy and decided to go there.Truck was diagnosed with bad valve pump control kit and fixed at no time. I'm glad i got there. Thank you Kirk Jakovec and the young kid that did work on the truck. You guys know your job very well

Went to Kriete truck center , past we, to have my 2003 CV Gr Granite work on granite to be worked on, my Truck was in an accident two and a half months ago 90 5% of the work is done by another major truck dealership in Milwaukee Wisconsin but it got to the point I need my truck sooner than later I didn't have another month or two to spare so I took it the Crete group Rhian, I had spoke to letting her know that my insurance company was going to deal with the repairs due to an accident Rhian and whoever else told my Warren parts and I asked how do you know they're warm parts did you take the steering gear boxs off ,NO so how would you know if they're damaged or worn tell me I repeated myself 3 times, just yesterday October 27th 2018 I was told to never bring my trucks there again I said okay no problem we've had many issues in the past with broken parts replacing without your knowledge what part you had in there and buy what manufacturing what make and I won't tell you anything so Kriete Group shop manager and write-ups don't like when you question their Authority or their ability of knowing A part may be damage? or worn out unless they take the parts OFF The truck? Right or wrong, and you rip it apart to see what is damaged or worn right or wvrong? Matt , the service manager I am no longer welcome at their location because I question their Authority and their expertise on this matter, so we're going to a couple more dealerships to have the steering boxes checked out , and put it down on pan and paper for my insurance company pays for the repairs.

I just bought the truck n hd to fix some stuff within 3weeks n the bill was almost $10,000.00 n they drop my charge to $00.00 I wasn't even dream of. I hv no words to appreciate them enough. Thanks to kriete Volvo team.

great service and very friendly staff. if you happen to break down at night the manager at night is matt and he'll do anything he can to get you back on the road ASAP, would recommend to anyone!!!

Don’t go to kriete truck center ever They charge me $1116 for nothing Without fix anything And also they charge me $330 for air leak check but actually I did the air leak check in another store not here abut they didn’t let me take my truck without charge me on it Here they ask me around $6000 for small issue but in another mechanic in the neighborhood he did the same thing with warranty for $1650
