I'd like to give a shout out to Affordable Towing. They took care of a new customer and brought their car to me. If you need a tow, give them a call. Great Service and the driver was personable.

Racially profiled !! Someone within the business called the police and said there was a gun on the dashboard of the car . As a person of color , this is extremely dangerous in a predominantly white area. The manager was power struck and RUDE !! They are unjustly over charging for towing .You are FORCED to sign paperwork that say that you received your property and that your property is drivable before you ACTUALLY get your property. They tow right before midnight and force you to pay 2 day storage fee . For example: the truck was picked up at 11:15pm the prior night . Came to get it the next day and you are charged for 2 days, because they say that their day starts at 12:00 am . This is ROBBERY! So, a one day bill is over $2K ! Seriously! And they would only take cash ..no debit card just cash ! As far as I know , That could be a person of color thing as well.

I wanted to share that Cody, the driver who helped tow my vehicle this morning, was very kind and very professional. He came in a timely manner to pick up my vehicle and he saw to it that my vehicle was offloaded safely and competently when we arrived at the repair shop. I appreciated his can-do, helpful personality. Thank you for the great service, Mr. Cody!

My car broke down on the other side of Owens Cross Roads and they towed me back into town for less than the local guys would! For that I'm thankful! Thanks Affordable Towing for being so nice & helpful during such a stressful time! Oh, and let me just say this, they have the best looking tow trucks in town!

Had to have my car towed 3 times in one week Affordable Towing and Cody Morrison done a awesome job getting my car taken care of and the prices were reasonable and customer service was awesome I would highly recommend them. Thanks again for a awesome job of taking care of my car

They advertise roadside assistance but refused to attempt to change a tire to a spare. Kept saying they’d have to charge more and more and it probably wouldn’t work because of our rims. Towed the car to Walmart for MORE money than roadside assistance would have cost, saying they couldn’t do it…and what do you know- Walmart Auto Center could somehow do it there with no power tools and did it for FREE. Maybe don’t advertise roadside assistance as a service you offer so people can call someone who can actually help them with their needs. They just wanna get paid that money to tow a car. not help anyone. $180 to tow our car 10 minutes down the road when we just needed to put on a spare. Poor service and rude employees.

I called Affordable Towing for my grandmother who's car broke down on the interstate. They were professional, kind, and quick to get out there to help get her car towed to the shop for repairs. Thank you!

My car caught on fire and the insurance company dispatched these idiots and they refused to pick up the vehicle even though the fire department cleared it for transport. I reached out and dispatcher was slow the driver was slow and the owner who apparently made the decision to leave the vehicle obviously has too much money and does not need the business. I never received a follow up call or any reason as to why this task could not be completed. Contact Mike's if you need help. Not this trash company.

On Tuesday 17May2022 Affordable Towing truck “Just Passing Through” tried to run me off the road on I20/I59. He was in the right turn lane then decided to stay straight trying to to push me in the left lane with vehicles already in that lane. If that wasn’t enough he then tried to get me to pull over for a fight with very aggressive gestures. Thanks for letting me know who not use for heavy equipment towing.

I called for service and the lady on the other line was argumentative with me. I politely said "it is ok I will call another towing company" and she hung up on me, which confirmed I made the right decision. I highly recommend Rocket Towing and Recovery. Great service!!

GEICO uses them for tow services and they are prompt, helpful and stay in contact w you via text (and thru the GEICO app). Two thumbs up!

Had them install 4 air bags on the rear of my truck, charged me $3400. Didn’t make it 2 miles down the road, and lost all air pressure. Broke down in middle of the road. Called them for help. They wanted to charge me ANOTHER $395.00 to come do a service call. These guys are a joke here. I would call Hillary Clinton to work on my vehicle before I’d let these people touch it.
