We're a family owned and operated full service towing company serving Gadsden and the surrounding area (up to about one hundred and fifty miles) since 1958. We have six trucks including flat beds, light duty and heavy duty, all of our equiptment is state of the art and well maintained; we're also TRAA and Hazardous Materials certified. We tow virtually any vehicle, including big buses, trucks, cars, etc. Our drivers are courtious,certified, and well trained to deal with any situation from a simple lock out to a major accident involving big rigs. Some common situations we encounter are keys locked in the car, ran out of gas, flat tire, jump start, accidents, and just plain broke down. We're available seven days per week , twenty four hours per day and our prices and response times are second to none.

This is probably the best tow company around the Gadsden area that I have had to ever deal with. Everyone there is super nice and they will work with you as best they can. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much for all your help!!!
We had a great experience with this business. My son wrecked his truck and had to have it towed. The driver, Jake Kelton, was especially helpful. The truck had slung dirt on the road and I was surprised when Jake took his shovel and cleaned it up. Jake was very polite and a very hard worker. We considered the cost very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this business.
I have used Kelton Wrecker Services quite a few times in the last few years. Kelton employes polite, knowledgeable, punctual, professional people. Their equipment is first rate. They have always come when I call them for either emergency roadside service, or if you just need your hot rod towed from one side of town to the other. They are really good folks. Their rates are VERY reasonable and very competitive with other towing companies charges. Today i had to have my vehicle towed and Jake showed up, at the destination, right away. He took very good care of my car, and put it EXACTLY where I asked him to put it. Again, very friendly, polite, and very professional. That's what I like and want in a towing company. A professional, knowledgeable, friendly person in well maintained good looking equipment with a can-do attitude and a sense of urgency as to not waste a customer's time. That is what you get when you hire Kelton Wrecker Service or Pro-Tow.
Don't use. I was told $75 - $100 over the phone to take my Harley 20 miles. When we got it home they charged me $200 and there is nothing I can do. These people are crooks. This is after their reply. I was told they didn't take checks. I said I could pay cash if it wasn't over 100 because that's what I had on me. You people are crooks. Reading the reviews now I see I'm not the only one you ripped off. $200 to go 20 miles. RIP off.
Do not use this place! My son totaled out a car that he is the registered owner of and I am the lien holder. Anyway the fee was $320 to get it out OR sign over the car title to them. I feel like this was extortion! These aren't the only crooked ones out there. Everyone please drive safe and don't get towed! Never know when you will be the next victim! By the way, they charge $50 just to walk through the gate to where your vehicle is.
I truly have got to give these guys 5 Stars... I called several tow companies Friday late afternoon and everyone else told me it would be about a hour to hour and half before they could come tow my husband truck as soon as I called this company the person that answered the phone said he would get someone there in about 15 minutes and they did... We were so happy to hear that and the gentleman that came to tow the truck was so awesome he did a great job and I Thank this company so much.... We will be doing business with them again.....

DO GO HERE!!! This place is absolutely AWFUL. They purposely charge yto whatever they want and its LEGAL. Wanna walk to see the damage? $50 just to open the gate. Not even including the other outrageous prices they charge. The way they run their business is vile. When you're in a situation, after a bad wreck, and hospital visits mind you, you shouldn't have to deal with rude people who do not want to cooperate with you.
Yes this is a great company. They were very nice to me when I picked up my car that had been stolen
I'm not a big fan of most wrecker companies but I have to say that the folks at Kelton are fair and good people to work with. If you have a choice these are the people to call.
Awful there was no door to enter had to blow the horn and walk around forever my vehicle had a dead battery and flat tire plus they hooked up to it like amateurs and messed up the sway bar. Worst company ever
Not good @ all. They are definitely not willing to do their job when asked.. unfortunately it left me using Thacker towing only because thy are money hungry day or night.
They have a good business and Greg is a great worker and he is a good person to deal with have a Blessed Day And Night ?
Towed a semi off an exit ramp, fair rate good service, would recommend
