I had a flat tire and called triple AAA and was connected with them. They provided an amazing service! Robert did an awesome job and was fun to talk with! He shared quite a few places with me that I'll look forward to seeing on my future travels!

I called AAA as I was stranded on the road on I 10 1/2 mile from Highway 60 exit. AAA dispatched this towing service out for a flat tire. I was contacted by the service representative then by the tow truck operator. The tow truck operator advised me to drive that additional half mile to the next exit. I indicated that I did not want to do this because it would damage either the tire or Via Wheel. The tow truck operator his reply was drive slow that 1/2 mile because the tires are designed to handle that add a short distance running low speed. In spite of my better judgment I thought this guy was a professional and was leading me down the right path. Upon arriving at the site that I was told to travel to the tow truck operator put my donut tire on and put the flat tire in my trunk. Since I realized I had to get to California and was at the Arizona State line so to speak I figured I had to repair the tire before going any farther. As I proceeded down the road to Blythe. As I proceeded down the road to Blythe, I stopped at the nearest tire repair shop expecting that I could get the tire repaired. Upon attempting to get the tire repaired it was discovered that my greatest fear had been realized, the tire had been shredded internally and there was a gash in the side. I had no other choice but to purchase a used tire as the tires on my vehicle being a brand new vehicle had low profile tires and I could not get the exact tire. Now once I’m back in orange county I now have to spend almost $300 for a new tire. I believe the tow truck operator is responsible for the damage due to giving me the worse information that any tow truck driver could.I called several times to speak to someone concerning this at various times of the day asking for Dana the manager and to date he has not called me back. I would never recommend this tote service to anyone as the tow truck driver operator is obviously stupid and the manager is not willing to except his stupidity and do the right thing.

Jasmine was so helpful over the phone. We had a blowout just outside of Quartzsite ok our trailer and I was so nervous and stressed out. She was so kind and informative and it put my mind at ease! Robert came to our rescue and was BEYOND helpful. He provided us trailer tire tips and had us back on the road in no time

Called AAA for a tow and as soon as I was finished with my phone call with AAA it felt like A Toe Truck representative was calling to give me update on driver being dispatched. Our driver beat the estimated time that I was originally quoted. As soon as the driver arrived he introduced himself and was very friendly! Javier was efficient and took great care of my car once it was loaded on his flatbed truck. GREAT WORK JAVIER and Team!!!! Thank YOU!

Our driver, Dale, was at our house within 15 minutes. He called right away to give us an update. Dale was so nice and professional. We were so happy to see him and he made us feel very comfortable and safe. We got to our destination safely and comfortably. Dale was awesome and made our day by coming to the rescue. .

Called AAA yesterday for keys locked inside car. AAA VM'd me they'd be 60 minutes. A Toe Truck (No. 65), within another 2 minutes driver called and said he'd be there in 10 minutes. He had the right tools, unlocked the car within 5 minutes, without damaging. Very nice guy, I didn't get his name, but did give him a $10 and change WalMart gift card I had received as a tip. Amazing service, friendly, nice, PROFESSIONAL, and FAST FAST. He left, and as I drove off, AAA called again, telling me it would be at least 30 minutes more. LOL!!! I will use this guy again if ever needed. And very reputable company as I come to find out while writing this review! God bless!! And this review is totally unsolicited. I just want to make sure great companies are noted as such.

We were stuck in the sand just off the side of the road. AAA sent them out to me. Our tow truck driver did a fantastic job in the heat quickly getting our van out. He stayed to make sure we were able to drive away with no issues. So thankful for the hard working guy who came to our rescue!

Not only was the driver quick to arrive, but his service went above and beyond any service I've ever received. He used exceptional knowledge of his flatbed, space constrictions, and special care with our vehicle which contained fragile cargo (multiple golden retrievers). He went the extra mile to call ahead and find us an auto parts store that carried the battery we needed and had them all ready for us by our arrival. He took the extra time to make sure we were good to go before leaving just in case we needed another tow. 10 stars out of 5 for this guy!!

This service provider was excellent! The driver went above and beyond to help us. He called ahead to see if he could find a tire for our car. He then took us to the tire station and helped search for the tire. They were able to give us a new tire that night which was awesome since we had to drive another 5 hours the next day.

They responded quickly and the driver was very professional. He is an excellent representative of your company. We have owned our own business for many years and wished to have all of our employees be like him. He is an excellent example of service and courtesy. We would not hesitate to use your company again because of him . Thank you.

Robert was amazing. He took his patience and excellent communication skills to meet up with me, so I could stay safe in very high temperatures in the middle of nowhere. Great service with a professional and personable driver. I was 300 miles from home and broken down on a remote area of the highway. Thomas, the tow truck driver was able to locate my vehicle and tow it 60 miles to town. He was pleasant to deal with and empathetic to my situation. He was helpful the entire time and made sure I didn’t need any further help before he left. Great service and great driver in a stressful situation.

The driver was a great guy had 2 tows same driver. He remembered us and was super nice both time. Fast service from the dispatch called right away and was very pleasant. Over all a great group of people!!!

Our car broke down in a rest stop at 9pm after a very long day of travel with the family. This company was very quick and knowledgeable. They helped us get our car towed almost 100 miles home so we didn't have to wait longer than necessary.

It was the 4th of July, probably around 106’ and of course we break down…. We are members of AAA so called them. They said there weren’t many choices in Parker, but contacted this towing company. Within 2 minutes we received word from them and they could come right away. And they did… wonderful service and we didn’t even have to follow them back to the shop where the truck was taken. Thank you so much for your prompt, and excellent service! You’d be the first ones we’d call if we needed help again!

Called AAA from Arizona on our way to California. Dispatcher for “A Toe Truck” immediately called me, verified my location and then contacted the driver to get his ETA. They both called me back within a couple minutes to let me know his arrival time and I believe he was a few minutes early. Efficient, friendly, polite and on his way!! Professional from start to finish. Thank you!
