I can't say how their towing service is. I called them and was told that they could help, but they would've taken a long time as they were booked with pick-ups far away. They recommended me to a competitor as they should be available. A company that apologies for how busy they are and still provides support by sending business to someone else they recommended is a business that appreciates their customer base. They company they recommended provided service beyond expectations. I would call Big Rig again and give them a chance for my business if needed in the area.

I was baldly stuck this morning in Bakersfield just before making a delivery. I sent a call out and within 90 minutes Dr Perry showed up and winched me back to the roadway! Thank you again you saved my day!!!

Perry is amazing! Our trailer bearing came off and he was helping someone else in the same area and he totally came over to help us. He was amazing super professional and very knowledgeable. He has a big heart to help us while broken down. He even called to check up on us once we were on the road to make sure everything was smooth sailing. Amazing service amazing person amazing heart! Turbo on my rig gave out on me for the 3rd time leaving me stranded in Bakersfield for 2 days after getting my trailer repowered by a buddy i was able to give Perry a call. We went over some details he gave me a price and i expressed to him my situation and he was able to work with my budget very fair. Upon arrival Perry was cool, chill, and down to earth he got my rig loaded up properly and we were on our way. Thanks again Perry, hopefully i don’t have to see you anytime soon but if i do ever need another tow I’ll be sure to call you.

I’m a OTR driver of an 18 wheeler although most days go without any mishaps today was not one of those days .. it’s raining I’m tired about to have my first home time in 4 months I’m on my delivery here in Bakersfield California at the Target distribution center At the last moment while dropping my trailer I realized I forgot to drop my landing gear And my trailer drops to the floor what could of been massive in price and time consuming I First called a competitor of Perry”s Big Rig Towing who was going to charge me double and take twice as long to get to me Perry came out and in no time had my trailer up and secure for under the cost and time I would of had to pay originally !! So professional He has a lifetime customer and my boss was Ecstatic as well !! Thank you Perry !!

Perry towed my semi truck today. He was very professional and gave me very reasonable rate before came with no surprises at the end. I don’t have to wait long before Perry showed up. No complaints here. Fast, friendly service. Perry called and updated me on his arrival Gave me names of places to take my truck and get fixed. Stayed around until he was sure that the placed he towed me to was going to take care of me. Will recommend them for all towing needs. Very professional.

I realized by myself that high marks on reviews were absolutely true. Perry was a very nice guy to deal with. He was punctual and charged me reasonably. It was a pleasant experience and highly would like to recommend for anyone needs towing.

Our motorhome came down with a fuel leak, literally, in the middle of nowhere! Within two hours Perry was to the rescue. Great guy, considerate, polite, fast, reasonable price. Definitely made a stressful situation easier. Excellent!!!

Our motor home broke down on the highway, stranding my daughter, granddaughter & horses. We called Big Rig Service, Perry answered and said he would be on his way shortly. Someone else picked up my granddaughter and horses, leaving my daughter alone on the side of the highway. Perry arrived very timely, his professionalism and good manners made my daughter feel totally comfortable in his company. He brought our daughter and rig home safe and sound. He made a horrible experience turn out not so bad!!!

Big Rig Service Co has been a great company to work with...the customer service has been out standing, the prices are fair. We were stuck out in the middle of the desert and with one call to this Company they came within an hour and towed us out. A big thank You!!!

Perry was very professional and very quick to get our truck to where we needed to go. The price was terrific. I i would definitely recommend big rig service if you need help in or around kern county.

After sitting all day on side of the road and TA charging 440 bucks for literally nothing we called for a tow and Perry showed up fast and had us hooked up in no time. We spent the next 40 minutes on the trip to freightliner with Perry telling us about cool places and things around Bakersfield..was a great experience even though was crappy the truck broke down...I highly recommend them....

Don't even think of calling anyone else if there anytime your in need of repairs or a tow. Perry goes above and beyond what you would expect from any tow company. Towed me from Bakersfield to Fontana, "truck and trailer". Quoted me a very fair price on the phone and stuck to it. Ever heard the term you've got a friend in the business well with Perry you will.
