These guys were awesome! I got my brand new Porsche into a very sticky situation the first day that I had it. I was coming down an icy dirt road in the mountains west of Denver. I completely underestimated the severity of the conditions, and foolishly overestimated the off-roading ability of the otherwise capable SUV. We ended up sliding off of the road and was stopped flipping off of the end of it down and embankment by a fortunately placed berm consisting of dirt and tree trunks and boulders and whatever else. We couldn't budge the car, so we left it there that night. Talked to big toe that night, met them in Golden the next day and got a ride to the site with the driver Mike. There was already another car there that had the same fate crashing into a tree. It took Mike about three minutes to figure out what the plan was, and about 15 minutes later I was driving away. Although the service was not cheap, I couldn't have done anything without them. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with great regard for my new car. Everyone was super nice and super helpful and they were even able to work with me on the payments. I hope you never do, but if you do need a tow, please do yourself a favor and call Big Toe Towing!

Liz who answered our call for assistance was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding which services we would need to tow our 40 ft Fleetwood Providence RV from Buena Vista Colorado through the mountains to Aurora Colorado. Truck driver Brian was always in communication and showed up on time with a trailer to load our rig. He was very experienced, polite and in spite of the heat and wind we were on our way within a short time. We got to our destination with no issues and were unloaded quickly and efficiently. Big Toe Towing is a reasonably priced and highly professional company. HUGE thanks to all that helped make a very stressful situation much easier.

Person on the phone was very kind, detailed in what I needed to do/could do, and had accurate ETA times. Was very reassuring and polite. Even though ETA was 2 hours after I called, let me know that if I stayed with my vehicle it could be rushed into priority tow. Tom was my tow truck driver and I had a wonderful experience. Calling to let me know he was on the way to get my car, called when he had my car, and let me know ETA to my apartment. Very efficient service and he even parked it in my assigned spot. I appreciate the care that this company has in other’s property and how they respect my time as well.

We had waited for another service to tow our Wanderlodge, for 7 hours. Called Big Toe Towing, and from initial call to completed offloading took under 2 hours. From Rue, the dispatcher, to Brian the driver, this company is the absolute best. Their attention to detail, asking for photos of our Coach, in order to provide the most safe option in moving our coach, to making sure not a single spot on our coach rubbed on loading and unloading. Mark was on time to an estimate arrival of between 9am and 10am. He is very professional. This company has great customer service! Fast and efficient towing experience! If needed I'll be calling again! Price range for my towing needs were $200+.

We got in an accident leaving the airport late Thursday night (9/15/23) and I believe the tow truck driver was John but can’t remember for sure, we were pretty shook up. I can’t say enough how wonderful he was!! Towed my son’s vehicle where the tire could get changed safely and changed it for us. He was truly amazing and so thankful for him!!

Jesus was professional and thoughtful! It was freezing outside, and it took a while to prepare the RV to be towed. He did an amazing job! Would absolutely recommend!

To change airlines on the trailer they charged me 2.5 hours of labor at $ 185.00 - which is ridiculous ! as well they charged $99 call out fee - $ parts 53.98 total bill came to $705.48 to change a broken airline !!!this is called rubbery !!! do not use them ! they are really trying to make a bag full of money doing absolutely nothing avoid by any means!!! i can post the bill as well -really feeling rubbed !

Everyone was wonderful and very helpful. I had a large hard job that had multiple tows. They got it done quickly and without any problems. Everyone worked great together. I would recommend them to anyone. Ru, in dispatch, was very detail oriented and understanding. Mark, one of their drivers, was very knowledgable, helpful and able to tow difficult trailers. I can not say enough about Mario at Big Toe Towing. My son's truck broke down in such a way that he was half way into the street and we could not move the truck. After dealing with another towing company, being strung along for over two hours, our insurance sent out Big Toe. Mario contacted us right away, he gave us his name (the other place didn't even do that small courtesy), told us everything would be ok, and he would be to us within 30 minutes. Mario took the extra time to explain what he was doing and ensure he did the tow properly so as not to further damage the tire and front end of the truck. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to call Big Toe Towing for any future towing needs!
