Our large work van broke down while we were loading it in a busy retail area. Albert came right away--20 minutes roughly from when I called (I've waited hours before for towing, so to say I was extremely grateful is an understatement). Was fast, professional and friendly. Will recommend.

Overall reliable. Kelly the Tow truck operator / driver was very helpful, knows his trade. Pulled the car up the truck bed carefully. Provided info on paperwork, accessing the car, directions to tow yard etc. Great job Kelly!

I wish I could give them 0 stars worst worst Towing company ever. Racist , scammers just taking advantage of peoples accidents dont care about clients or peoples lives . They are thieves . Rude and racist and they act like they dint understand but they do. They have a special place when they die I am pretty sure.

If you need a tow, this is the most fantastic place you could ever call quick and easy service. AAA took three hours and Bernie was there in 15 minutes. This is the best tow company you could ever work with absolutely.

I was ripped off as I was quoted the first call to them $110.00 hook up I called no one else and called them back to order the tow. That time they asked me "Did someone refer me or did I call around" I said I was refer by the Transmission shop. I thought that meant they wanted to charge me more if I did not call around so after the tow I looked at my invoice and they changed the rate to $125.00 and did not say anything. It was only $15.00 put watch out so you do not get ripped off like I did. These unethical companies are out there as they were rude and denied everything and would not even listen nor consider the credit that I was owed. Now we know and there are plenty of Ethical tow companies out there. Spread the word we must stand up when we are ripped off.

Kelly B is the man! Flawlessly and very carefully picked up the car and dropped it off, drove very very responsibly and even calmed down my upset uncle. He was here in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this company, ask for Kelly B

I called on an early Saturday morning and they had someone out within 30 min to tow my car. The driver called not long after me making the appointment to confirm address details. He was very courteous during the entire time. The initial truck he had was too big to get to my vehicle so he returned very quickly with a smaller truck and got my vehicle towed to Lake Park Auto & Fleet Repair. I think they are sister shops so everything was handled on my repair bill. I would definitely use All Florida Towing again. They were timely and the price to get my vehicle towed was good.

My vehicle broke down in the middle of the night last week. After calling several tow companies I was lucky enough to reach Heather at All Florida towing. She could tell I was upset because it was the middle of the night and I was by myself. She assured me that I would have a driver to me in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later Bernie showed up and could not have been more professional. Thank you Heather and Bernie!!!

My experience was pretty great despite the circumstances I required the tow. Bernie arrived in a timely manner, very professional and polite. Last night could of ended on a worse note but his understanding of the situation helped. I would use them again and recommended him to all my friends.

I had my vehicle towed by All Florida Towing and despite common misconception about Tow Truck companies, the driver and truck were clean and were very professional. As well as the awesome office staff (Heather) whom showed professionalism, well knowledged, and respectful during an extremely stressful time left a great feeling inside. I would definitely use them again and the first of my recommendation.

I was in a car accident and the Sheriffs Office called All Florida Towing to the scene. I was very impressed with their driver and his abilities to clear the cars from the accident. He was more then friendly and made sure I had his business card that way I could pass along the info to my insurance company and let them know where my car was going to be at. I had to go to the yard and pick up some of my belongings. It was nothing at all what I expected. I half expected it to be like the reality shows and I was dreading it. To my surprise the staff was friendly and I was in and out with no drama. I am very pleased with my experience even though my car ended up being totaled.
