I would love to give everyone at Johnson's 20 stars if I could! My elderly Mother was in a wreck recently, and her car was towed here. I am from out of state and flew in to be with my Mother. From the first time I called and spoke with Danny, I was put at ease, having to deal with this side of things. He was so kind and helped answer all of my questions. Today, I came to see and look through the vehicle, and Donnie & Randy helped me so much. They both physically helped move things around in the car so that I could retrieve as many personal belongings as possible. They were both so kind and allowed me time to cry and laugh alongside of them. They were very professional and put my nerves at ease. I honestly couldn't be anymore grateful than I am right now. Thank you, Johnson's Wrecker Service for helping me through this process.

This company is a BIG SCAM!! Towed my car and wouldn't take a payment over the phone to release my car so I could take it to the mechanic. Had to travel almost 4 HOURS to go there and pay CASH ONLY. Gave me a higher price over the phone and then when I got there and saw their prices on the wall and disputed the charges, they had to lower them. This place looks like a PRISON, they probably are afraid for their safety knowing what a SHADY BUSINESS they are running. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I had a bad accident and Im out of town, alone and have noone to call. When they tow my car they said he would bring me somewhere i could use the restroom, buy some food, wait like to gas station etc. I am here...but they wont! No lobby, Im waiting outside in the rain for a cab....to take me anywhere else...Not just that, I got treated horrible and got yelled at like I wasnt listening. While they actually didnt listen to the fact I was promised a restroom, which I asked before leaving, and that I was promised to be taken to a gas station or rest area...so while he yelled at a gal who just had an accident...I had tears, that was just rude and unhuman.

I visited Johnson's Wrecker Service on behalf of my sister to clean out her car which was totaled in an accident. My sister called the office to verify I could do it for her and the staff gave her guidance as to what she needed to do to give me authorization. I arrived at Johnson's with the signed letter and a copy of my sister's driver's license. The woman at the window was very kind and helped me gain access to the vehicle. Brody escorted me on a golf cart and helped me remove the license plates and personal belongings from the car. He was very friendly and helpful especially in the extreme Florida heat. I am very grateful for the compassion, understanding, and professionalism I experienced interacting with Johnson's Wrecker Service! In most cases, the circumstances surrounding an interaction with such a business are usually not pleasant or welcome but the staff at Johnson's Wrecker Service offer comfort, peace, and hope in the process. Thank you for being an example of encouragement and kindness in the midst of the trial!

Excellent service. Superb communication from the Dispatcher and the Driver. Driver kept me up to date on the status of my tow and let me know when my car was delivered. I would say this business is highly professional and would recommend them as a tow service.

I came here on 9/16/2023 to retrieve all my stuff from my vehicle due to being in an accident. The overall is experience was TERRIBLE. Has nothing to do with the wait time it's more the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️. I drove 35 mins to be told that my vehicle was no longer there and that it got picked up and taken somewhere else. When I asked where they took the vehicle all they did was give me the name. Mind you there's more then one location and they didn't even tell me which one. Please train your employees better. This is unacceptable ‼️‼️‼️

Needed someone to move my company's forklift. Johnson towing came right out and got it there safe.

These people are shady and dont give you all the info. I asked how much it cost and they failed to mention their 48 hour rule after I said I lived out of town this was my child's car. Don't appreciate being screwed over especially when I asked for information. The yard guy who helped to get our things out of the car was great.

Called another company who said they would be "right over" and two hours later I called Johnsons and their driver was outside 9 minutes later. Service was impeccable, Ricky is top notch.

They were very professional. They picked up the phone right away and gave me a quote and had someone out to me within 30 minutes. The gentleman that towed my vehicle was very professional and towed the vehicle without any damages.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU'RE RICH & DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR $!!!!! “50 years in business” doesn’t mean anything to me when they clearly only care about their bottom line. I promise you that their 4.4 star review is NOT based on their fees. This company charges $250 an hour w/a 2 hour minimum starting from the time they leave the shop to the time they get BACK to the shop + a 15% fuel charge. So basically before they even help you you’re out $500!!!! That is RIDICULOUS! All we needed was a winchout. No tow anywhere. Just help pulling us out of the dirt. We use tow companies frequently and no one has EVER charged like this!! Especially not a "back to the shop" fee. I can promise you they did not CLEARLY communicate this to us because we sure as heck WOULD NOT have used them. Who has that kind of $ to throw away, especially now a days? I mean really, for a winchout?!?!?! Now they're refusing to refund the "back to the shop" fee. I mean really? They can't prove they didn't go on another call the moment they left us and we aren't asking for a full refund. MAKE SURE YOU GET A FULL QUOTE if you're dumb enough to use them. They are RIP-OFF ARTISTS and pray on their customers!!!

After having an unfortunate accident on my way to work, Johnson’s stepped up to the plate and was able to grab my vehicle in 30 mins flat. Extremely helpful crew when towing my car and ensured I had everything all set information wise for storage/pickup. When picking up my car, the front desk crew was extremely cordial(especially a lady with blonde hair and a woman with a hoodie with a hat and glasses whom I did not catch their names). Brody was the main man when it came to cleaning out my car, he let me take my time with cleaning out and even helped to bring stuff out to my other car. In the event of having an accident, Johnson’s wrecker service are my go-to recommendation and should be one of the first places you call after getting into an accident.

Extremely unprofessional. Left me on hold forever. I had to call again to see if they could tow my truck, and all I could get from them was a bunch of nonsense and gibberish. If you’re gonna have someone answer the phone, please let it be someone who doesn’t forget they left people waiting, and someone who is capable of using their lips, tongue, and capable of opening their mouth to talk.

Brodie was amazing! Helped me retrieve my stuff from my car while it is on lot. He also did everything he could to help roll my window up and then helped me set up a tarp when my car didn't start. Great service!.

Arrive earlier than scheduled very professional got me back safe and sound with all of my equipment. Excellent driver.
