Tim and his crew were fantastic and very professional. We could tell they genuinely care about their clients. Very honest and priced fairly. I would highly recommend.

We traveled to Pensacola with our tandem axle boat/trailer in tow for weekend on the water and to visit family. We were packed up to leave Monday and go back east to where we live about three hours away. As I'm driving down I-110 headed for I-10, I noticed something was definitely not good with the right rear trailer wheel. I make the decision to immediately return to our family's house to drop the boat, no way this is going to make it three hours on the Interstate. About a half mile from the house, the hub completely failed and the wheel came right off. I limped it the rest of the way thanks to dual axles and put the boat/trailer in the driveway and headed to Tallahassee. I called for a tow through my road hazard service Good Sam. They eventually put me in touch with Tim's Towing. I had intended on just getting it to a local trailer repair shop in Pensacola and let them deal with it. 4-5 weeks out, minimum. I talked to Tim who said he'd be happy to tow it to wherever I wanted, but he said he was 100% sure his guys could repair the trailer on the spot in the driveway. I was a little hesitant since I knew nothing about the business, I'm not even from Pensacola, and I'm trying to get this done from 200 miles away. I go with it, and within an hour or so Wailyn (may be spelling this wrong) showed up. I talked with him on the phone, he looks at the damaged hub, and determines he will be able to fix it on the spot. He also checked the other three hubs and repacked/greased them up as needed. He sent me several photos of the work as he checked each wheel. I would not hesitate to call Tim's again if I need service!

To be very honest.. Nobody ever likes to end up on a hook. But The driver for Tim's was very friendly and knew and done his job extremely well. The price was very fair for the work that was involved and I have no complaints whatsoever. If I ever need a tow in this area again I will definitely call them and I highly recommend them also..

Had some brake issues in our class c RV pulled down there early around 9 helped us right away got parts everything done in just a few hours very professional not to mention friendly and very funny people hopefully won’t have to get anything fixed anytime soon but if I do and I’m in the area I will definitely be goin back there thanks again y’all!

Tim’s Towing was sent my way through Uhaul roadside service when I got a Uhaul truck stuck in the sand outside my apartment. Marvin was communicative, quickly got me out of the rut, and even helped to park the Uhaul in a more convenient location. Highly recommend! This is really quality service!!

Stay far away from this company. We we’re sent them from Roadside assistance for a tow because we had a hitch issue with our camper, the tow guy came and picked up a camper and was supposed to tow 150 miles and then an additional 60 miles that we were going to pay for, the tow guy blew out a tire because he was going 75 mph with a camper that has tires rated for 60 mph, he calls and says he changed the tire and put on a spare, I told him the tires are not rated to go over 60 he said he wasn’t. He then calls again and says he blew another tire, and that ripped off my waste tanks, at this time we were following him and recording him speeding at 80 miles per hour with my camper. He dropped the camper at 9 pm I have pictures of that and he said he needs paid for his trip home which is not our problem he was to be paid for his time towing, they were paid 1700$ for a 210 mile tow because they then claimed they charged hourly, they are rip offs do not use this company. Then after they caused the damage they refused to provide insurance to us. We have them on video admitting to blowing tires and ripping off the waste tanks. Stay away from them and if road side tried to send them get a different company asap

I called for the towing at night and ask if they can tow to the dealership. Truck has been about 30mi away from towing yard. 200$ per hour they charge. So we will tow it to the yard and at morning to the dealership. I asked for the estimate and said 1200$, after I asked for the total and tried to calculate summ And I get about 800$ but he didn't listen to mee and start say bad words and start interrupt me, but I didn't say nothing. After "I work for 26 years ***********" he drop phone call. I'm not recommend work with them, try to find another TOW company .

Called last night after we blew a tire on our Rv on I-10. Tim didn't have the tire, but gave me a list of people to call that might be able to help. After calling around and not having any luck, I called Tim back and told him that I guessed I would just have to have it towed. He said "give me a minute". He called up some of his competitors and found us a tire and had them on the way when he called me back. I don't know what it costs to tow an RV with that big truck, but Im guessing its a lot. Tim could've just came and towed us and taken the money, and I would've been grateful, but instead he did what was best for us and helped us get off of the side of the road and home last night with a new tire without making a dime. I never mentioned that my wife and young son were with me and being stuck on the shoulder with big trucks blowing by at highway speeds is a very uneasy feeling. Gotta love a company that just wants to make an honest buck. I also am a small business owner and know that they lost money by doing the right thing by us. I thanked you last night but Thanks Again!

We had a gas leak in our trailer, and David talked on the phone to my husband quite a while without charging us. He told him what to do to eliminate the possibilities one by one. We were very grateful that he helped us identify the problem.

Tim, Marvin, and Amanda have gone above and beyond for me over the last month. They have moved vehicles that no one else would even consider. They put a lot of long hours and hard work in on my jobs and pricing was very fair. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Did a great job would of given 5 stars if you would of showed up or called when you said you would be there. A call saying your running 2 hrs late would've been nice.

Call in for tow. They reccomend you to another company in the area closer to you. Well sir I already called them before I called you knowing you are 50 miles away. Their truck was broke down which made me call you. Then you respond and say you got no one available today anyway. Maybe you should have said that first.

Very honest and up front! I thought I needed some work done and they actually talked me out of it and explained why it wasn't necessary yet. Would definitely recommend.
