Called about getting a vehicle towed and they never showed up. Do not recommend them nor will I ever use them again

We broke down at night on the side of I75 with a 1965 Airstream towed by a 1959 Chevy Milk Truck, when I called they were very helpful in getting me to a place near by that I could drop the fuel tank and repair the fuel pump. They were able to put the truck on the rollback and hook the trailer to a hitch so it didn't get left on the side of the road. I was treated with respect at a time when it was needed. Thanks again for your help above and beyond.

My boss first called this company to help us with one of our rental trailers on Sept 7. To which he explained service could wait and be dealt with the following Tuesday, the 13th. After the 13th it another 3 days to figure out if this vendor even went or could still go to perform the service and finally when we finally got someone on the phone we were told for the fourth time "someone will call you back". My boss said he was on hold for 45 minutes and still no definitive answer as to when we could get service done. After that we said nevermind and found another vendor who took care of our problem in 15 minutes. Just really poor communication with customers.

Truck broke down on I-75. Needed a tow and needed it quick. Called several tow companies on google and this one answered the fastest and had the fastest response time. Showed up within 30 minutes. Professional, friendly and a clean truck. As a business owner, this sun how I would want to run a towing company if I owned one. 5 stars.

The woman that answered the phone was rude and had poor customer service. Told her twice there was noise in the background to speak up. Continued to be rude. 5pm 11/25. Please hire a new receptionist. I gave another company my money.

Took over 2 hours just to get ahold of someone and then another close to 2 hours to get someone to the gate to get my father-in-law's truck. Appreciate the gentlemen that jumped him off but overall for a "24/7 service" not the best option.

Broke down on i75 got hold of them right away, driver was out bout 30min. Quick, professional, left me keep my trailer in their yard till truck was being fixed up. Nice people. Definitely keeping their number handy.

Called for both kingpin R&R and was in shop when they said i would be and work was performed in time quoted. Fantastic work at very reasonable hourly rate. Couldnt ask for better service from better people. I will definitely do business again and a big shout out to Aaron and Bob for such a great experience. You guys rock!

My husband and I were traveling from Jacksonville, Fl to Jackson, Ga pulling a trailer when the water pump blew up on the truck. We had our three dogs with us. Luckily, we called GT’s. We got excellent service from the towing to the repair. Everyone was nice and friendly—even to our dogs. The mechanic even stayed late to get us back on the road—even though it was “football Friday night “ in Lowndes County. ?Their rates are reasonable and their service is great. The Lord was truly watching over us for us to find GT’s.

I cannot say enough good things about the assistance and fair treatment my family has recieved during these trying times. Truly, everyone from the owner to his mechanics, everyone was helpful and knowledgable, easing our minds and easing our minds with the safe and secure storage of our vehicle. Thank you somehow does not seem enough. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!!

What an exceptional company to do buisness with! Robert did a great job! I will definitely use this company for all my local towing needs.

They are pretty good people an got good prices but most of the time if u need a tow They can't never get to it till the next day

One word, Corey. Godsend. More like Fuel "undelivery". Grateful this team got me home.. sketchy area and elderly mother in tow, GT Wrecker got me (and my mother) home to my family. Not enough stars to click on.

My truck broke down and these guys towed it into their shop. Spent about $700 in repairs but the problem still wasn’t fixed. Spent another $155 to look into it some more and found a twisted fuel line. I’ve changed the fuel line out and problem fixed. I wish they found that sooner to save my $700. Good people to work with, I just hate spending money and the problem wasn’t fixed. 5 stars for being good people 3 stars for burning my $700.

I have not been to there location but we had a unit that they had replaced a water pump on. This unit arrived at our location and the water pump was about to fall off of the engine. We contacted Stefanie via email who declined payment after we released unit on good faith. I guess like they say live and learn!!

Asked for a quote to move a camper, had to wait three days for a response, after calling them back. When I got the same guy on the line, he seemed annoyed with me and told me he couldn’t do it, with no reasoning. I did not appreciate feeling as if I was a nuisance, after all I was trying to give them my business.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or repair in GA . Very honest and nice people . Went out there way to find a part that dealers did not have in stock. And there prices are very affordable and fair . And the tech is very smart found the problem and repaired it right away . The front office is very nice and explains everything in detail for you . #1 place you want to go to if you need your rig fixed.

My car was towed here because of my accident. I paid 170 for same day release. Plus another 75 bucks to tow for that same day..my vehicle was returned to my residence the next day in the evening. Customer service is lacking and expensive.

I am a semi truck driver and all i can say about this shop and this people is all the best. I was on my tour from florida to chicago, and i had a major issue with my tank that was cracked and broken axle on my trailer and this guys did all they could and so fast that i was amazed. they were so polite and trying to get me back on the road asap cause i was hauling watermellons which is time sensitive freight. If there is a 10 star review i would give it to them. They saved me thousand of dollars and all of the agony i could go through without their help in that moment, because nobody else in radious of 250 miles was unable to help me that weekend. GOD BLESS THEM
