Omg! The best service ever! They say the 3rd time is a charm! After 2 other services coming to my home to tow my car and telling me they can’t tow my car or unlock and jump the car! Well Kenneth came through like a night in shining armor and saved the day in all of 20 minutes! He unlocked the car on my Range Rover Velar which is not an easy task because the way the door handles are made but he also jumped the car and recharge my battery saving me a trip to the dealership and hundreds of dollars! The customer service for Pantusa ATL was awesome, our driver was even better. Larry was phenomenal and honestly the best part of my experience, very attentive to detail with my lowered 1990 Silvia S13. I would recommend Larry to anyone in a bind! Thank you Larry!!

Has an amazing experience with Dewberry today. He's an awesome tow personnel and I vote more money in his commission. It was emotional for me today breaking down on the side of the road. Not only did he make me feel safe, he made me laugh through my tears. I appreciate him truly. Thank you for making my end of year experience a better one.

2 flat tires in downtown ATL makes for a pretty bad day, but my experience with this towing company was great. Submitted a roadside coverage claim with GEICO and got an immediate call from their dispatch, who said they needed to assign another driver with a flat bed given the location of the flats; my 45 min ETA turned into 10 min. Anquan (apologies for any misspelling) was super friendly and did a great job loading and getting my car to the shop. I was in a busy gas station parking lot and he made it look easy. Highly impressed with how smooth the entire process was with little wait.

Called for road side assistance at 9:30 was told ETA was 38 mins Called at 10:30 was told another would be another hour.. Still waiting at 12:15.. Called my insurance company, they called Pantusa and insurance company was told it would be 2 more hours!! Wth?? Canceled that tow, ordered a new one with a new company. Good thing I'm somewhere safe otherwise it could be way worse!! If they're that busy they shouldn't be a road side assistance company!!

Larry from Pantusa made my towing experience less stressful! From the initial dispatch, I was given updates on arrival so I could plan appropriately. Upon arrival, Larry assessed my non-functional Tesla and properly got it situated on the truck - which took expertise. Larry went above and beyond and sealed my windows that would not close, because he knew my car was going to be sitting outside in the rain until the Tesla service center could view it. Would 100% recommend and use Larry with Pantusa again.

Stressed ain’t even the word when you need a tow truck on any day.. but my driver Fred saved the day! He was friendly, knowledgeable and came 30 mins earlier than the expected ETA.

If I could leave a zero, I would. I was lied to all day today, 12/3/2023 about the ETA of the driver. I am so beyond upset. If you don’t want to take the freaking job, then don’t. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The last text I got from them was letting me know they would arrive at 3:15 since waiting from noon. I called the company to tell them the driver is not here yet, and the guy responds by telling me he doesn’t see my ticket. That it doesn’t exist!!!!

Not a fan of this company at all from past experience. But today I encountered a real professional and fantastic human Larry Armstrong the tow driver. He was polite, professional and very meticulous as to not harm my car getting it on the flat bed! Great employee for you. Treat him well!

Had a rental car towed with them a while ago and my experience was good. Arrived a little late (which I assume can happen with every company) but the driver was very friendly and made the whole process very easy. I was even able to ride back to the rental car lot with him.

if I could give zero stars, I would! company left us on the side of the road waiting for 4HOURS and when we called to see why they were behind on their ETA the rude customer service agent told us we had to wait 35 MORE MINUTES!! Terrible experience, terrible service--I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Don't waste your time and don't expect empathy from them.

Thank you Pantusa and Edwin for getting me out of a jam tonight. I magically picked up an Allen wrench in my tire while headed home. In a car with no spare - that was something fix-o-flat wasn’t going to fix so I had to get a tow to have the tire fixed tomorrow. I wasn’t impressed with the State Farm app but once they got Pantusa dispatched it was smooth sailing. They texted me an ETA, followed up with a new ETA and then called when they were 30 minutes out. I really appreciate the communication and Edwin was a delight to chat with while getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

Horrible customer service. I waited over three hours for service only to call and discover they called the service over an hour and a half prior and LIED and said my insurance provider cancelled. When asked if they could still provide the service they said it would be an additional two hours. Just HORRIBLE!!!
