PLEASE DONT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY !!! I came here to look at a truck they are storing for a repo company the truck was run and drive but at beginning of inspection the truck would not starts just needs a small jump no big deal. I asked for help and was immediately met with opposition we’re not authorized was said. I called seller they said it’s authorized, now the problem is they want us to pay , ok $50 for a jump sure no problem nope they want 2 hrs charge please some other fees $300 for a jump for a truck on their lot ?. I tried to reason with owner but just like his employees rude and a I don’t care attitude. The seller offers to pay full price for the jump, so I go back, I get in office receptionist with a bad attitude said you gonna have to wait. I wait 5 min she ignored me then says it’s gonna be a bit sit down. The owner walked by shyly and says I better remove my review off google. I wait another 20 min then when I get up and ask how long it would be they tell me owner don’t want me on property I have to leave. This owner is utterly disrespectful and rude He has no business etiquette please I beg you all don’t use this company you will regret using them!

Where do I start I would leave a negative review if possible these are money hungry ruthless people there is no grace or understanding all they see is dollars signs avoid this company at all cost or it will cost you. The want to charge $300 to jumpstart a truck just outrageous please avoid this company and don’t do any business with them This mind you is a jumpstart of a truck being stored on their lot not a road service call don’t let the owner fool you with his smooth talk his reply to this is as fake as he is

Please never call this towing company for help. What happened was my truck broke down called them to towe me to frieghtliner dealer in Indianapolis that was 21 miles away from where I was. When their driver towing came to me he told me to stay in the truck and I did I have been towed 2 or 4 times what he should have done just remove the drive shaft but no he did not do that he removed all axles on the truck he wanted to add more hours and they wanted to get paid more that's why he did all that stay away from this towing company I paid $1058 for just 21 miles they like steal when I called they they told me the total estimate was 661.25 but they lied.. If I could have give 0 rating I would have done it they don't even deserve 1 rating watch out people especially my fellow truckers just in case they come to you don't let them take your axles of the truck they want to add more hours so they can charge you more money.. they tell lie saying they couldn't take the drive shaft.. watch out you have been warned....

As a result of an accident due to a tire blowing out, the state patrol person called this towing company. The driver was a minor, the parent and the car owner were on the scene before the car was towed. No one asked where you want to have the car towed. The car was at Interstate Towing less than 10 hours and was charged $441.25. Unfortunately there were words exchanged with the owner and the driver's parent while trying to understand the outrageous charges, resulting in the owner hanging up on the parent.

This review is based on the unprofessional person I dealt with twice just calling in to get a quote. I got told two different prices, she interjected/talked over me adding unnecessary complications to the call. I decided not to go with the service based on her lack of professionalism, giving me two different prices and not actually listening to what was going on with my car. Would not recommend.

They towed my mom's car after a bad accident. They were so compassionate when we went to get her stuff out, helped us get into the car, said "hope you have a better day today". Would definitely recommend!

It’s Christmas Eve and I got stuck at a Shell gas station on the east side of Indianapolis. The tow truck driver Matt got there within a 1/2 hour but he jumped started the battery and saved me the cost of towing. He also followed me home to make sure that my car made it. Thanks for all your help!

Hate I had to leave one star. I called them for a flat tire at 4:30 am.. The dispatcher had me pay 105.00 to even send a truck and she WAS RUDE AS HELL.. When the driver arrives he couldn’t get my lugs off because I don’t think they had been off for a very long time however all they needed was the standard drill most ppl that offer tire changing services have because the next ppl I called got them off fine.. then she told me she would tow my car for the money I had already paid but then changed her mind because she said I was yelling at her and her driver when I really telling him how rude she was being so she stated that she would just refund me which I will be calling my bank to make sure on Monday to make sure or I’ll be taking further steps to get my money back because the only service I received was a smart mouth rude disrespectful dispatcher they are trash never call them for any service there are plenty of towing services that are respectful TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS…. My actual rating is FIVE ZEROES HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…AND HORRIBLE SERVICE

Charles and dispatch was awesome broke down on 465 and need towed to ft wayne 100 miles away and was there fast and respectful 100 percent from start to finish even got to ride along I appreciate everything your group did i will recommend this company again for sure

The company I contract with has an agreement with these people for overnight truck parking and trailer storage. I'll say the roads a bit rough, along with the driveway, but with heavy equipment constantly in and out you can't expect much else. That said, after a long day, an empty drive clock and nowhere else to go, this place might as well be Heaven with Jesus himself at the gates to welcome you. They've got excellent looking equipment (I used to tow and I'm jealous our stuff never looked this good lol), a CLEAN, organized yard, and friendly faces at the window willing to help you at all hours of the night. I almost didn't come here but I'm real glad I changed my mind and they'll be my first call if I need help. A company that takes this much pride in their facility and their equipment is bound to provide a good service. From one business owner to another, I'm impressed and I've got to say it looks like this place is run right. If I lived in the area I'd be recommending this company to anyone and everyone I know. On behalf of all truck drivers, thanks for having our backs, and at the very least giving us a safe place to park. Seems to be too much to ask of anyone else nowadays.

It seemed like they made it difficult for a person to get their car out. You have a fee for the yard, another fee to pull it off the yard, they don't have change if u pay cash.

Awesome all the way around. Kept time within estimate. Driver(Devin) was courteous friendly and quick. Arrived ahead of estimated time And politely put up with a grumpy old guy chatter away. Thanks to all involved getting me off the roadway and to a shop

After 6 hr of waiting for my insurance to find a flatbed. After cancellation one after a nother. husband call interstate towing .they were fast and nice. truck was home in 30min no questions ask. insurance cover out-of- network towing. This company reliable nice and professional and I will always go with this company over another. I rate this company six stars. Thay have my business for life . We hit a pothole on 465 and I-69 on 37th exit going towards Fort Wayne in Castleton and the tire totally snapped off of the axial and remember the roads are icy . I'm just thankful to be alive it was so stressful and every tow truck had canceled on us these people pick the phone up they had a truck out there within 30 minutes my car was home in 15 minutes after after they located the truck and pulled in on the flatbed Everyone else is trying to charge us over $230 they charged $100 and my truck was home. If you have a problem please reach out and talk to these people they're about their waking up getting up getting their money other than all the other tow truck drivers we called here in Indy that refused to even get up and go get the vehicle and cancel after cancellation always go with Interstate Towing ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ they are the best . Me and my husband wanted thank you Interstate Towing her working so quickly to get our vehicle home we highly recommend this company.....

Called out for a simple tow. Driver hits the boom into the bumper. I imeadiatly stop him and say you just hit my bumper. I was then told I have been doing this for 30 years and I know what I'm doing. Keep in mind the bumper on the truck is only 2 weeks old. I said no I just watched you put the boom of your truck into my bumper. Once again I was told I have been doing this for 30 years..The dealership stateted that they also hit a truck on property 2 weeks earlier and was caught on camera and yet still tried to deny that as well... I wouldn't recommend this company if it where the last towing company on earth.......
