We had an airline break on a trailed in Elkton, KY today. I called Jones Brothers and they were awesome. Mike sent a mechanic to my driver and got him running so he could get to their shop for the final repair. They had him in an out from initial call to completion in under 2 hours. They took care of us both in timely fashion and fair pricing.

Did a good job quick Fair not sure about the pricing cuz the company paid for it but I'm assuming it was a fair price. Did what they said when they said on time. Would recommend them if you ever need anybody around Hoptown Kentucky

Our FedEx truck broke down in Eddyville, KY We hooked up and jetted in the wind….Skippy has truly amazing way with people. He drove us all the way to Atlanta and kept us entertained. He was so tired but you could not tell by the way his humor was. Skippy arrived sooner than what we were told. Amazing customer service!!!? So glad we had a chance to meet him.

These guys rock! My suv was towed within 30 mins of my initial request. I don’t have ERS. I paid $85 for an in-town tow! The driver was very professional; and, had a great attitude! Highly recommend!

Great job by the driver and the phone staff was very nice. My truck is an AWD model so I needed to get it flatbed towed to a shop. They showed up in a timely manner and got the truck secured and delivered without a hiccup. The experience was painless and as good as it could have been seeing that my truck needs repairs, not on them I'll call them again if needed without a doubt.

Work for DCC/UPG propane had my bobtail hung up yesterday Hollis the driver came out and not only got me out helped direct me so i didnt hit mailboxes or a fence... Was fast getting out to me and even faster getting me out

Long story short - my Escalade needed loaded on a roll back to get put on my sons gooseneck as it broke down 300 miles from home. Called at 10pm on Saturday night and they were there to pick it up in about 10 mins and loaded it right on the other trailer so we can head home! Thank you!!! Totally recommend these guys!!

Excellent service was the only company that answered at 6 am after i got stuck in a ditch. They were there within 30 mins. The guy who came and pulled my car out was very professional and even let me use his jack to change a flat so I didn’t have to use my hand crank one. Excellent service would recommend.

Jones Brothers was contacted by HPD to tow my daughter’s car after a wreck. I told the officer that I wanted the car towed to Hopkinsville Collision Center. This information was shared with the tow truck driver and verified that the driver understood my request. A week and a half later, after not being able to find the vehicle, my insurance company contacted Jones Brothers to locate the vehicle. We were told that the car was at their facility and the driver denied being instructed to bring the vehicle to the collision center. I was charged over $600 in storage fees and an additional $100 to tow the vehicle to the collision center. Their choice to disregard my request resulted in lost repair time and over $700 in additional expenses.

Battery was completely dead. My husband came to try to jump start it. Didn't work so I had to have it towed. Called and they were able to tell me the time estimate of arrival and cost up front. Dropped it off at my favorite mechanic and was pleasant with a sense of humor. Nice clean crisp uniforms made me feel good working with professionalism. I will use them again and again.

First time I've ever requested/scheduled a tow. The folks in the office were extremely professional, knowledgable, and friendly...and had me taken care of in 4 minutes. Truck arrived at the scheduled time, and the driver was both professional and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend Jones Brothers!

Daniel the driver was awesome, he was very respectful of my wife’s vehicle and even helped identify the issue. I believe if I wasn’t there he would’ve helped my wife get the car back on the road. Best service you could ask for. Clean trucks, driver presented himself well and It didn’t seem like a burden to bother him on his weekend. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do it’ll be Jones brothers.
