Fantastic service! I live in a different city than my son. Did a Google search on Towing companies near where his vehicle broke down. Gentleman came within the timeframe he promised (that is VERY hard to come by these days), helped my son in anyway possible; truly went out of his way. This Mama Bear felt at ease knowing these guys were helping my son.

Driver was very rude, foul language and angry. Got my truck and trailer out but $450 per vehicle seems steep! Better luck elsewhere.

Had a blowout on RV and I didn't pack my big jack for this trip. I called Tac Towing for help from roadside of US23 northbound & 96 intersection. He needed 45 mins to get to me, The gentleman asked if had blocks with me, Yes, I do. He told me to pull up onto them that would lift the axle so could change a tire. Instead of charging us he gave helpful info. It worked perfect, 30 mins later I was on the road again. Thanks again. AAA+ for Tac towing Once again, kudos to the owner Chris

If I owned this company I would be ashamed, they have zero business ethics and price gouge their customers. I had them out for a recovery, there driver backed into a gas line on his own doing and stuck me with a $2000 tow bill and a $1395 bill to fix the gas line. The owners response is “you should have read the contract”. I’m sorry but that is bad business, they can go onto any property, act like a cowboy and you have to pay a bill. From a small business owner to another, you can not keep treating people like this and expect to remain in business. For anyone thinking about using this company, please read the reviews below, you can clearly see which ones are fake and which ones are real.

Chris is the owner and one of the most down to earth individuals I've met in a while. He keeps a very clean and professional business and is always able to get to me quicker than any other tow company I've ever had to use. Nobody ever WANTS to have to call the tow company but when I do have to, I got Chris saved in my contacts.

The tow was fine as I drove my vehicle onto the flatbed and all that had to be done was deliver it. Wish I would have shopped around first, the price which was only given to me after the vehicle was on the flatbed was ridiculous. $715 dollars is triple the price of local competitors. I highly recommend calling others first, especially for a basic tow. I essentially paid upwards of 300 bucks and hour and 115 in gas for a two hour total trip.

Called at 9:30, they picked my truck up and had it to the dealership 20 miles away by 12:30. Best part, I did the entire thing over the phone while I was at work. Easiest towing experience ever and they called me with updates frequently. Thank you!

Tac Towing is the best around! Highly recommend calling Chris if you need a tow. He has the best equipment that can handle large trucks. We have used him over the last couple of years for our work trucks. Chris is very reliable, professional and has alot of knowledge.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Rude driver and terrible customer service. Next time I’ll know better. You’ve been warned. The reply by the business is garbage. The driver is a former cop who is the rudest person I’ve ever met. He’s the reason they deserve a poor review. He threatened me with a tire iron and refused to move his truck, which was on a private road, so that the residents of that street could drive on it. No I didn't get service from them but if threatening people with a weapon is his idea of good customer service then I don't know what to tell you!

Was in a real pinch my trailer leaf spring broke on a Friday I got a hold tac they came out Saturday fixed my trailer . For $1800 dollars . I just had same work done for $400 at DR trailer this tac towing took my head off totally prayed on my situation he is a crook please beware he had no Conscience. And the crook lies you brought your blue flat bed to my house had your buddy go get the parts then do the work in my driveway while you stood there only took him two hours doesn’t matter you know the truth and I know the truth Carmas a mother.
