I had to call Andy’s Towing for a jump start when my vehicle battery died in a hotel parking lot. The dispatcher was very kind, the tow truck arrived exactly when she said it would, and the driver (Ken C) was very kind and helpful. The service call was just under $52, which I felt was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Andy’s Towing if you need service in the St Cloud area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 stars!

I don't remember the name of the person who took my call in their dispatch office, but he was extremely kind and sent someone out to help us immediately. Brian was our tow truck driver, and he was amazing. Not only was he kind and compassionate, but he also went above and beyond to help out my sister and I. We were stuck in a unique situation, which anyone would have laughed at us for, but he didn't. I highly recommend this company. They will be our go-to if we ever need it, and I'll be giving their number to my friends and family.

Chris was absolutely amazing, helped us back from an hour and a half away at renn festival when the vehicle broke down, he was amazing to talk with, always kept his eyes on the road and was extremely safe when driving. He was leaving the depot as soon as we had called and was on his way immediately, and made sure we were hydrated as well after he showed up. THANK YOU CHRIS, he didn't even have to be there that day and picked up the shift, he went far above and beyond what was necessary, and I cannot thank him enough for it

Highly recommend not using the company, but it you must, I recommend being present at your tow and recording how the driver tows your vehicle. Without evidence of this they will not reimburse repairs if they improperly tow your vehicle and destroy your transmission. Our vehicle needed to be towed to a shop. When the driver arrived he said it would cost extra to tow it in a way that would not wreck the transmission. We paid the extra amount and he took it away. We thought it was strange that the vehicle was not put on a flatbed or towed backwards as its rear wheel drive. When we picked our vehicle up from the mechanic it had suddenly developed transmission issues! We called Andys towing 2-3 times and have NEVER received a call back. Evidently, they are immune from making errors? They did not stand behind their work and would not even return a call.

John from Andy's Towing answered our late evening phone call in just a few rings. He immediately located a driver, gave us an estimated time of arrival, contacted the police department to advise them that they were going to be coming for the vehicle (as it was there several hours waiting while we dealt with the insurance company), asked questions to make professional assessments about how best to remove the vehicle, and made helpful suggestions to keep the vehicle safe. Absolutely A+ customer service in a stressful situation. Highly recommend and would use this company again!

We called and were given a 30 minute ETA. The truck arrived sooner than that. 2 guys came both were very friendly (Travis was 1 of the names, we didnt catch other guys name) We had a flat tire. They used flatbed. They seemed very knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend them to others..

Was told it would be 800 one way or 450 the other way in cash. Then was told if the cops had showed up it would have been another 350 on top of all that. The guy wouldn't even talk to me about it, would only talk to my mom which she is not the owner of the car. Charged me a extra 35 just for being on the phone with my insurance. I will never be calling the cops for this service again! Would rather sit on the side of the road in -0 degree weather for hours then have them help

Six years ago, they twoed my car because it was parked in the wrong spot. I was very angry at that time, but now I realize they were doing their job, so I forgive them, they were nice people.

A deer came out of no where on Hi-way 23 East in St Cloud at about 10pm. I was driving a convertible Mazda Miata. I was extremely lucky...I could have been dead from such an incident. Brian and the Hi-way patrolman were compassionate and took care of everything. Brian went above and beyond to explain everything to me. He was extra kind and helpful!! Thank you Brian tremendously for everything you do to make an awful incident better!!

Wow! Steven and Andrew went above and beyond! I am so grateful. They drove me to three different places while towing me and were patient in helping me find a mechanic to work with. And their knowledge and connection with mechanics in the area cannot be surpassed. I am so thankful to them and cannot rave about them enough!

I was at a kwik trip and I saw two girls in their early 20s wholocked their keys in the car the Andy's tow truck driver had unlocked the car his truck was blocking the car in and with his wedge and airbag and rod in his hands was threatening to tow the car if they didn't pay... I use all care towing atleast they ask for the money upfront, these girls could not pay and were calling around to raise the money... this is just dirty business and extortion... this reminded me of 20 some years ago when my older sister got hit by a drunk driver, the cops hired Andy's to tow it their yard... she had like $800 in text books for college and they wouldn't let us retrieve them until the towing fee was paid for an accident that wasn't even her fault...Andy's is crooked... use all care.. and no I have no affiliation with all care towing
