Moss towing was amazing. They sent their technician Tyler out to me in a timely manner. They sent someone when nobody else would come out. When he arrived he immediatley went to work. He figured out the solution with my truck out within a couple of minutes. He had the part on his truck that was needed and had it fixed within minutes. I would highly recommend if you had a problem with your truck go to them before anyone else. Saved me a major tow bill and labor bill.

We had been stranded at 4am without gas for almost 2 hours because AAA cancelled our order. Called Moss towing and was told they’d have someone out in 30 mins and 32 min later Tyler was arriving. He came out super fast and was very nice. Would definitely use them again if Passing through.

My golf cart was towed while I was out of town. I learned of the situation after the fact and while driving back home. So, I called Moss Towing to learn why, and what I needed to do to get my cart back home. And-These folks went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out! The driver delivered my cart back into my driveway within minutes of my return home. They went as far as to plug it in so that it could charge! These people are incredibly compassionate of their customers- and understand the owner’s frustrations of having their property towed. Phillip was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he began to hook up to my severly stuck and mechanically disabled machine, in a pond almost 1000 ft from the nearest road, I could tell he immediately began to analyze the situation and formulate a plan. It was obvious he is extremely experienced in recovery operations. He worked diligently, intelligently, and strategically to recover my machine, all while being mindful of doing further damage to the piece of equipment. This was no ordinary 18 wheeler breakdown on the highway, this was an extremely difficult and tricky situation back in the woods sorrounded by wetlands and soft ground. Phillip did a phenomenal job recovering my piece of equipment, while doing no damage to property and without getting his 50k lb rig stuck far off the road. I knew Bennis and his team were the people for the job. Highly recommend.

My husband and I broke down with tire issues on our honeymoon trip. Called Moss Towing as they were the closest to us and from the very start of our encounter they were nothing but kind and gracious to us! Tyler got to us as quickly as possible and immediately got to work to save us, did everything he could to diagnose the issue. We ultimately had to get towed into Bay Saint Lois and David and his daughter came and gave us the best service. Even drove us to a gas station to get dinner and to the hotel we got for the night! Best family-owned business you could ever ask for! We are so grateful for them!
