Shivers Towing is a great company to work with. They arrived in 15 minutes, did a nice job, and charge very reasonable prices. From Ilia on the telephone to Bruce who arrived at the scene their representatives are first class, nice people you can trust.

The lady at the desk was disrespectful did not let me get my belongings out of the vehicle. And now they told me it would be a lot of money to get it out so now I basically have to sell them my car for free very unfriendly disrespectful would not recommend

Any service with the last name Shivers is one to stay away from. No morals, one of the most embarrassing displays from a grown woman I’ve seen.

I blew a tire and was stranded running late to pick up my disabled and in a wheelchair husband from physical therapy. I am a 67-year-old woman and was totally helpless. Garner from Shivers came out immediately thinking we would be towing the car to Belk to replace the tire but I needed my van and the space in the back for his scooter. Garner put on my spare, which was not conveniently placed literally under the car. He even offered to drop the flat tire off at Ford service for me so I could go and pick up my husband. The service I got was immediate, the care professional and I would not have been treated better even if I were family. I even offered Garner what he could see was a very generous tip and he refused to take it. Service of this nature is near nonexistent in today’s world. Shivers went above and beyond in taking immediate care of me and going out of their way to rescue me from what I felt was a vulnerable and helpless position. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciated them and how highly I would recommend their service. From the initial phone call to Shivers and Garner taking such exceptional care with me in my situation I can honestly say, Shivers is SIMPLY THE BEST! Thank you to everyone at Shivers. While towing my car they managed to put a hole in the bottom of my car costing me $400 to fix on top of the $160 towing fee. they are very overpriced, they are not careful and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. id give them 0 stars if i could.

I locked my keys in my car, called Shivers Towing and they were here within 10 minutes. Super quick to get my car unlocked and he was very kind as I was having a rough day. I would 100% recommend!

If you need a towing company, Shivers was awesome. Just a dead battery, very quick to get to my DS. His car was parked in an awkward spot in the garage at college. We thought he might have to wait for someone to move. They brought long battery cables. Problem solved way quicker than expected! A big sigh of relief!
