We were lucky to find Lucky tow service!! Tony not only loaded up put truck n towed the camper. He called his boss to figure out how to help us because we needed an auto repair shop AND a place to park our camper while truck was repaired. not only was Tony kind , friendly and professional, he went above and beyond to help us. he dropped off the camper at rv spot then truck at dealership. We needed our Jeep out of the garage and in for repair by an a.m. appointment. I called, and within two hours, it was loaded and dropped off at the dealership, ready for them, no worries for us. You should stop what you're doing and save their number in your phone, maybe even put a star by it so you know they're verified ⭐️. You never know when you'll need them. They are so kind, cautious, and quick. All that you want!

My son used this service to have his car towed on a Sunday. Louis of Lucky's Tow Service was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I drove my son to his car to meet up with the tow service and listened to the conversation as Louis explained to my son what he thought might be wrong with the car, based on the diagnostic equipment he was using. That prompted me to ask Louis if he happened to have any business cards. He did, and I intend to share them with my friends and spread the word about this company. Not only that, but Louis took such great care with the vehicle and delivered it to the repair place safe and sound. He made what could have been a discouraging experience into an effortless experience. This company's service goes above and beyond any experience I have had with a tow company. This is the best tow truck service I've ever received in my life. They were speedy and truly lifesavers. We were stuck on the side of the road and they were there within 10 minutes! I'll definitely be saving this number in my phone for the next time I have car troubles and need a tow truck!

TLDR: Best towing experience in 10 years of CDL truck breakdowns. This company is one of the good ones. Our company had a tractor trailer break down in the right lane of the interstate (35) before it could get fully off the interstate. It was a dangerous situation with just the hazards on and traffic flying by. We had a police officer dispatched to block traffic so that nobody would get hurt but before he arrived I frantically called 2 separate tow companies. The first one had difficulty speaking English and wanted 30 fields of information filled out along with a credit card on file even after I explained I just needed a truck to get out there fast. After they asked how to spell my name 3 times I hung up and called another. He said he couldn't pull semi's but recommended Lucky's Tow. I called them and the dispatcher was not only incredibly friendly but as soon as I told her it was an emergency she recommended we hang up so that she could connect a driver immediately to not lose any time getting to the scene. The driver got to our semi incredibly fast and most importantly before anyone was hurt or any damage occurred. He helped connect our drivers to a service bay and even transported them to their hotel for the evening (without us asking). Payment was incredibly straightforward and more modern than I'm used to in the towing industry. We had 6 different tow situations this year for our fleet and this one was our only positive experience for timing, price, friendliness and not feeling scammed. Lucky's excelled in each area. My faith was restored in honest, hardworking and good people tonight. The price was not only incredibly low, but I would say too low. Seriously, you guys should charge more! Can't thank you all enough.

Lucky’s helped us out immensely in a dangerous situation! Our semi broke down exiting 435 and merging onto I35 northbound. Lucky’s crew member showed up fast, hooked up our complicated Mack tractor with no issues, and brought us over to Love’s. He was incredibly knowledgeable and diffused the stressful situation fast. He then drove us from the truckstop to our hotel for the night. Couldn’t be more happy with the outcome of this bad situation, thanks Lucky’s.

I needed a tow for the first time in probably 10 years or more and they delivered. I called and was easily able to schedule a tow from my home for a blown out tire. Not knowing much about it, they were savvy enough to bring out the flatbed because of the location of the flat. Kelly came, he was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and other than the constant Sanford and son ringtone :-), he was absolutely amiable and a wonderful, professional, knowledgeable service provider. His truck was clean, his conversation was interesting, and I would absolutely use them 100% again. Thanks for saving me!

I have used this company for years. I have an old truck that needs a tow once in a while. Nothing bad to say. Good service, always available. Use them if you need a tow! Prices are reasonable. Example: $119 for a tow to a shop 20~ish minutes away. Drivers are polite and helpful. Process is easy.

Needed a jump at 2am, Lucky’s was awesome. We were back on the road within 45 mins. They were easy to communicate with, very professional and reasonable priced. I will definitely use them again if needed! Thank you Lucky’s!!!
