I took my 2011 Genesis to Stewart’s Collision in Belle Meade for auto body repair. The car needed new Hyundai factory parts and painting. Stewart’s not only repaired the damage when my car backed into another vehicle in a parking lot at a service location, they painted the new bumper three times (!) till it matched the color on the rest of my car! Outstanding customer service from Steve who responded immediately to each text and phone call. They would not tell me it was completed and ready for pick-up till it met THEIR standards. If they could match the color on my 12 year old car, they can match any car color! They are the very best at what they do and I highly recommend the Stewart’s team!

Been waiting for road service assistance for 3hrs now still no show...... otherwise was told that we're gonna be here in 1hr .sooo.judge them yourself. I could not believe they finally showed up after 5hrs ..towed my van but refused to give me a ride.....I was left on the highway. Had to find a ride for myself.....it's the worse service I have ever experienced....do not use their service if you have the option. Bad...bad. bad.

I ran over my child's toy in the driveway and it got stuck under my front wheel. I called triple A which sent the job to this company. Their tow truck operator from this company came to our house and left without helping us because he told triple a he couldn't get his truck in through the gate at the entrance. But we live in a private house so all he had to do was walk 10 feet to the car in the driveway. All we needed was a jack so we could get the toy out of the wheel rim - the car didn't need to be towed. But the driver left without even ringing the doorbell to discuss our problem. He told triple A he couldn't get through the gate so they told us they'd need to wait until the next day to send a different vehicle. When I told my 12 year old son he couldn't go to soccer because my car didn't work, he spent a half hour getting the toy loose. It would have been a lot easier if the tow truck operator had just jacked up the car for us and then we could have removed the toy ourselves if they'd jacked the car. It's pretty sad if a 12 year old boy is more competent than a tow truck operator.

2 things: 1) pray you don't get into an accident 2) if you get into one, pray your car doesn't get picked up by Stewart's Towing Rude people. They won't provide info about when your was picked up from their facility, they say they don't have any logs of your vehicle getting picked up (unbelievable for any business). They hang up in the middle and when you call back they continue to be more rude.

Helpful fast service. Very understanding and able to tow my car when they came for an initial jump. Went out of their way to help me with my situation and get it done quickly and with no hassle at all. Steve the New Guy very helpful as was their dispatch/management.

I was in a bit of a pickle after getting a flat tire, and after calling around to a few towing companies, I settled on Stewart’s and i’m so glad i did. they were so helpful over the phone, and initially gave me a two hour wait time, but were actually able to get a truck out to me in less than 30 minutes. the driver, Wayne, was absolutely amazing and professional. i highly recommend these guys to anyone needing any kind of service they offer. i’m so grateful for them coming in clutch to help me.

5 star rating is not high enough for the services that Stewart's has. I called late on a Monday night for a blown tire, now I drive a dodge 2500 what is NOT a small truck. I was on the side of the road with poor lighting and being a female that is a little scary. I called Stewart's to help me. The driver Anthony showed up so fast! He was so nice and professional, I was a little shaken up and he talked to me and made me feel so much better about the hole situation. I am very appreciative of Stewart's and the awesome drivers they have!

My sons car broke down, called for a tow they were quick within an hour and grabbed it and the dropped it off at the dealer.

Took 3 hours for driver to arrive. I don't know if that's the towing company or AAA's fault. The driver himself was professional, seemed knowledgeable and completed the tow successfully.
