The owner of the business responded to my calls for help quickly and called and gave me updates up until his arrival. He was professional and handled my vehicle with care as if it were his own. I had no problems with my insurance claim and would highly recommend their services.
The dispatcher is rude.. you’re calling to get a car towed and people are already stressed out, so dealing with a rude dispatcher is uncalled for. They tell you a price estimate then charge another amount. The driver was really nice and is the only reason why I’m giving two stars.
Scam..shady practice..I HAVE FILED A COMPLAIN WITH BBB STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY.SHAME ON YOU
Very expensive not affordable they give me $480 just to tow a small van. somebody else came to do the same job for less than a half price

I was stuck in the rain in Manhattan and tried calling multiple towing companies that gave me the run around. I called this company and was given a fair price and was told the driver would be there in thirty minutes. The driver Raheem showed up in about 20 minutes and went above and beyond in the rain to get my car where I needed it to be. I Want to give a shout out to Raheem for acting very professional and for getting me and my car back to safety. I would highly recommend calling this company if you are in a jam.
I had used their service on two occasions, once when I was broke down and the second time for a car blocking my driveway. After calling the cops they arrived within minutes and were professional with the service. Would definitely recommend
