Would like to take a moment to Thank Alex and Dunnes Towing! My son spent all day prepping his 2000 Mustang for his Senior Prom and it was looking sweet. However, after pix at Byers Choice, she wouldn't start. He was so upset. We called Dunnes towing. It was a Friday evening and they said someone would be there within an hour. Our son was upset, but I tossed him the jeep keys to get to the prom and told him I would stay with his car until Dunnes got there. Well, they not only were there sooner than I was told, but they sent an AWESOME Towing Tech named Alex! Alex was very professional and caring of my son's Mustang, as if it was his own! My son was able to enjoy his prom, knowing his Pony was in good hands. Thank you Alex and Dunnes Towing! Definitely will remember you for the future and recommend you to others! If all your Towing techs are as AWESOME as ALEX, then your customers are in good hands! Thanks again Alex for the tow job and for helping my son to enjoy his senior Prom despite his car not starting then. Thank you.

Highway robbery. If there was a “0” rating I would give them a big fat one. I showed up at their office with the amount of money needed to get my car released because it was stolen. I find out the state police claim they needed their bay at the station, so Dunnes is called again without me being contacted. By the way when the car wasn’t found they called Dunnes instead of the owner. 450.00 once. So guess what Dunnes moved the car, another $186. Don’t forget my car was stolen. Then another surprise, we didn’t notify you but it’s 75.00 a day to keep it at the locked up. They didn’t communicate with me one time about all the hidden fees. If you happen to work and can’t get there by 5:00 that means they are closed, and you got it, another $75.00. They won’t tell you that until 6-7 days have already passed, another $450-525. Can’t forget the Administrative fee of $75. Now I’m over a $1000. I would never ever do business with these crooks!

This was my second time using Dunne's Towing. Hendrik was so spectacular in the way he cared for my vette the first time, I made my mind up then that I would use their services again. So you understand the challenges, they towed a Corvette that sat for several years and was not running. You should have seen the efforts Hendrik took to make sure the front never scraped going into the flat bed. When he assisted in pushing the car he never touched the paint, only the tires. For the first tow (back in 2017) Hendrik tucked it in the corner of the garage to maintain the most possible storage space. This time, when we dropped it off for restoration, he neatly placed it into the tightest spot and there was no doubt that, once again, there wouldn't be any scrapes on the nose despite the limited clearance and low tire pressure from years of sitting. I couldn't be happier! Thanks sooooo much for caring as much as you did for my car!!

The only tow truck company that was willing to help me. The nice lady on the phone which was Brooke helped me out tremendously. She was giving me updates on the ETA of the truck and made sure I was taken care of properly. First time ever using a heavy duty tow truck service and will definitely keep their number saved for the future. The guys that came were very knowledgeable and took care of my truck. Thank you

Truck struck a traffic signal pole, causing catastrophic failure to the rig and pole. Dunne’s came out and cleared the accident scene. There was a significant amount of work to be done, with several hurdles to get over through the whole ordeal, but Dunne’s got it done (and saved the load in the meantime). Great service, and nice, hardworking people. These guys deserve 10 stars. Will attach photos of the scene.

We would highly recommend Dunnes Towing. They truly went above and beyond for us. We were told by other companies this machine couldn't be hauled and they were wrong. Dunnes went out assessed the machine and we had it delivered from Pennsylvania to Ohio within days of assessment. Our driver was amazing and very knowledgeable. An absolute great company!!

A family member recently had a car accident and Dunne’s towing was called in to haul away both cars. Their whole staff from the truck drivers, to the technicians and the staff in the office were extremely helpful. I found the Dunnes team to be professional and a great bunch of guys to help explain the process. Top notch!

Call ANYONE ELSE BUT DUNNES TOWING! DO NOT LET THE POLICE CALL THEM FOR YOU EITHER! Unless you want to pay $1200 for a half mile tow, like we did! THEY ARE PREDATORS HURTING LOCAL FAMILIES IN THEIR TIME OF NEED! BUYER BEWARE!

They were great. We were about ready to give up and have our truck towed back to TX and Dunne recommended a shop close by. His guy towed us there and we were up and running in 2 days. I highly recommend dunnes towing to everyone up in his area.

I hadn't driven my car for 3 months and the battery was dead. They jumped the battery and it started right up and there was no charge. Thanks again for the great service. Rich

Great service and Corey was on time, professional and very friendly. He came to tow us out of the rut/ snow bank in our neighbor's yard. We live in a heavily wooded area and after he got us out, he towed us up a pretty icy hill and returned us home. All while being very cheerful and donning Christmas lights on his truck. A great experience all things considered

After calling multiple places for assistance and 2 lovely gentlemen helping me, I called Dunnes Towing for help with my flat tire. I was only 1/2 way into a 4 hour trip, so it was pretty disheartening to be traveling alone with 2 dogs and get a flat on 476. But Dunnes, responded quickly and their service technician, Matt, was fabulous. He worked quickly and calmly and was so pleasant to talk to after a really tough day. He was knowledgeable and even helped me find a local Autozone for parts I needed. Matt—thank you for all of your help!

No sure where to even begin! Our GMC was towed from Lansdale to Souderton, a roughly 7 to 9 miles ride. Towed Friday night. I called on Saturday and was told that I couldn’t pick up the truck til Monday 8am. Guess towing is a Monday thru Friday only business, which is a great way to milk two days of storage. Whomever answered the phone told me that the truck wasn’t drivable bc it had side swept 4 parked cars, took down a mail box, and ended up in a ditch. Broken front suspension, smashed front headlight, and all the panels were damaged. It flored me. How was my wife still alive, with no air bags being deployed? Called the police afterwards who told me that nothing bad happened, she hit a curb and ended up in a ditch. The rest was incorrect. 2 flat tires. Amazing how you can give incorrect information to a person that can trigger a sense of total panic, anxiety, and being powerless. Now, it’s time for the pick up. 1) “ we don’t take cash “ seriously? It’s 2022. I don’t know too many people that walk around with 1k$ in cash on them. If that would allow them to keep prices low, I get it. Owned several business for decades, but nah… it doesn’t. 2) $465 for a 10miles tow, and storage… just wrap your head around that… Speechless. The only brightness is that AAA will reimburse us for most of it. $465 is half of what I paid to fly to France… go figure. Definitely a good business to be in…great way to rip off people.

Dunne's did an incredible job, showed up in the middle of the blizzard and took excellent care of my locked out truck. On their way out, they pulled out my skid steer as well. Awesome company, friendly service, can't recommend them enough!
