Took forever to have someone "escort" me to my vehicle meanwhile four people were standing around doing nothing. When I finally got to my vehicle I had to crawl in through the passenger door because they put my vehicle too close to another one. There was plenty of other spots with more room, there is no excuse for this.

Driver/technician was very professional and courteous. He was very personable and he took care of swapping the tire and was efficient at his work, he even reinstalled the Jack handle and accessories back into the truck. Excellent service!!!

Used McGann & Chester towing before so why wouldn’t I use them again!? Needed a tow, dispatcher answered right away, professional, courteous, and helpful. Nick the tow driver showed up when I was told to expect him. Nick was very professional in looks and in uniform, calmed my worries of getting car to a shop. Didn’t take long to get the car securely on flatbed. Tow truck looks great, not a junk or loud. Nick treated our car as if it was his car. I keep McGann & Chester phone number on my phone just in case. Definitely recommend them for services they provide. They won’t disappoint. A great asset to Pittsburgh and beyond! Appreciate these guys coming out during the pandemic day or night!

I was waiting by the side of the road on a highway with no-one helping me to change my tire. I couldn't get family to help so i reached out to these guys and they were awesome! The guy that answered the phone was very helpful and knowing my situation tried to get me help in 30 min. He called back to let me know it may be longer than that .. the driver showed up in 30 min. He was kind and helpful worrying about my safety on the road. Thank you guys so much! U will be highly recommend!

Ryan was able to get the straps off the car tow with no problem. Not only did he do that but he took the car off the tow with me guiding him and we found out that the tow wasn't completely on the uhaul from the other car tow driver from the night before. Between the two of us, we managed to get the auto trailer completely back on the uhaul and I was able return the trailer with no problems. I would highly recommend Ryan. Often times tow truck drivers are just about getting the tow but my driver, I do believe his name was Nick (I asked but I forgot bc it was a long day) was incredibly professional and understanding of my situation. He showed up well before his arrival window and pretty much knew that I had been abandoned by my previous towing service. He worked as efficiently as I have ever seen someone work and he got my all squared away so that I could get home to my kid before she went to sleep.

Bryan was so kind and helpful after my accident, as was the woman who worked that early evening in the office. The next day my car was moved, promptly and as promised, to my garage an hour away. I can't thank you enough for making a scary and frustrating situation so much easier! God Bless you all!

Billy, Ryan and Casey were all a pleasure to work with. We had a unique situation , with a luxury car that had been damaged while being transported x- country. The transporter dumped the car at McCann and Chester and the car was stored there for 20 days , until the insurance adjuster could evaluate the damage. They then towed the car to the dealer for repair. We received excellent , friendly service throughout.

Compared to some of the other 24 hour towing operations, McGann and Chester is the only one who comes through consistently when another one of my dilapidated vehicles has broken down. Drivers have all been friendly to boot.

My rented U-Haul cargo van was stuck in my backyard. The woman on the phone collaborated with the experienced tow truck engineer and came up with a game plan. 20 minutes later the gentleman came with his truck and cabled the van out from across the yard like a boss. Great service.

Why does your website say you offer semi truck parking but when I called I was told that you don't. Please if you dont offer semi truck parking anymore, take it off your website. I have been trying to find parking around bridgevill to park my truck and was highly disappointed that you falsely advertise on your website.
