Believe It! The service is in the name “Elite.” First, the dispatcher was pleasant, patient, professional & sounded like she “wanted” to help in comparison to a couple others I tried. She asked questions to make sure I had checked out every option possible to get the best possible price with or w/out insurances. That’s going the extra mile. And Ethan was great, polite, professional & even gave us a few tips to help prevent flat tires in the future. Paul was great as well. They’re definitely ELITE!?.

I never agreed to the amount they charged. They stated they would let me know an amount, but never did. Said getting the credit card was “too hold the tow”. They ended up charging twice the normal rate of a tow. I now have to try to get the money back from my credit card company, which is a hassle. Avoid these crooks. Just Tow Truck Pirates who think they can charge whatever they want & then lie about it. Take my advice call another company & get the tow amount in writing before you provide a credit card number..

They’ve done multiple heavy wrecker tows for me, prices are always great for what it is.

Staffs Attitude gives racial/ moody type vibes. I’m calling for an emergency on their behalf and they seemed careless to want to know what was going on until I matched their energy with rudeness. It was 2 stars but I’m making it 1 because the driver is just as careless and rude as the Staff was to me..

They did the job but I would NEVER use them again. $650 for an 8 mile tow. They are crooks. Truck with Empty flatbed trailer. Avoid if at all possible.

I called them at 2:33am last night while on I-526 east bridge in Charleston. I needed a front end lift on my 65,000 pound truck to get the stabilizers back in position that popped out. They told me the driver should be there no later than 1.5hrs. One hour and fifteen minutes later he was there and did the job. Plus put down sta-dry for the hydraulic leak. Great job, punctual and professional!! Thank you and we will definitely call again when we need help.

We had an issue arise with a delivery in Charleston. I needed someone to help tow a trailer to offload and return the trailer for a driver who wasn't fully honest about being a US Citizen. Everyone I spoke to recommended Elite Towing to help me. Nicole was so patient and helpful with my original call. The dispatch called this morning prior to arrival to keep me up to date on how things were going. I couldn't asked for an easier company to work with! They helped me resolve this issue with professionalism and understanding. I'm very grateful for their help!

One of our semi trailers had slid down into a ditch, Elite Towing was very quick to respond and get to the scene. They worked quickly to get our trailer out and back onto the road with no problems. The guys were great to work with and very reasonable on price! Our company highly recommends these guys!

After my truck broke down, my company left me sitting in the road for over 2 hours before they even called any tow services. They finally sent me a confirmation number that they called this company and I was called within five minutes with an ETA. Considering how displeased I was with my own company for the way they handled the situation, it means a lot that I was smiling by the end of the night thanks to Elite Towing. Not only did they confirm details with me and address the situation accordingly, the driver arrived before the ETA I was given and even gave me a ride to a hotel. Absolutely phenomenal job by this crew. I hope to never have to call for a class A tow again but if/when I do, I hope I get to deal with you or companies who share your values and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Outstanding response and service from Elite Towing and specifically by Moose, our tow truck driver. He was very quick, professional, and knowledgeable. We have a Kenworth we pull a 45’ fifth wheel with and Moose went out of his way to make sure he didn’t damage any of our equipment. Our roadside assistance company kept trying to send us tow trucks that were not capable of pulling our setup. Luckily one of the other tow companies recommended I call Elite Towing. I spoke with Paul initially and he knew exactly what we needed and got a truck to us quicker than the time he quoted. I would highly recommend Elite Towing for any heavy duty towing needs.

They were ver nice and professional. I had a short wait time and they were able to take me where I needed to go. The driver was very nice and friendly. Even though I was having a bad day they made everything easy.
