These guys are great! When my family and I had an emergency break down on a Sunday they took good care of us. Reasonable cost for excellent service.
We contracted Jim's Towing for our HOA and almost every time we call it goes directly to voice mail. I have messaged the Facebook page and get the oh we must be on the other line. That excuse works for a few times but when I call for 24 hours and it goes directly to voice mail and never get a call back to my countless messages it's ridiculous.
The lady working there was sooo nice. Offered my pop and water and because I was injured she helped my friend lift a giant box out of my car and some other large items. Thank you
Wait 4 hours for AAA, then I called Jim’s after being turned away by several other towing companies, and they got to me in under 30 minutes from when I called. It was a saving grace and they’re service was not only fast but the driver was so nice and made sure I was getting home safely. Give them a call I know I will be!
The lady we spoke to was nice but after my boyfriend's wreck, several hundred dollars was missing from his glove compartment when we arrived at their lot after leaving the hospital. Talk about adding insult to injury
