430 am and the driver couldn't have been more pleasant. He saw I was a bit distraught about the flat tire and needing to be a few hrs away for my son's surgery and had me back on the road in no time

Definitely recommend going to Casper's if you need a tow! I had my first car break down on me in a parking lot and had them tow it to a mechanic. The driver was nice (I didn't get his name) and really fast when it came to towing my car. 5 stars ⭐ would definitely recommend!

When I called them they was there quick. The gentleman that came and got me was very nice man and respectful. He did not leave me sitting long when I called. He took very good care of my car when he hooked it up. I will definitely use this company anytime that I break down. This company will be the place to go. Thank you guys y'all did a awesome job.

Words can’t begin to express my gratitude and appreciate for Jason at Casper’s Body Shop and Wrecker service. I had a flat tire along 1-40 and called AAA and in less than 10 minutes Jason called and determined my location and was there to fix my tire in minutes of his call. He helped me unload my trunk to backseat and changed my tire to my spare tire in trunk in a matter of minutes. Jason was so respectful and kind during the whole process. I was so blessed to have the opportunity to meet an individual who was very professional and helpful! Jason finished the whole process during a downpour of rain. Thank you Jason for doing such an amazing job! I tell everyone you were sent by God to rescue me off the side of I-40. Keep up amazing job Jason along with your professionalism! Thank you!

Great experience with Bobby, was fast and efficient.

They were a AAA response. I quickly received a text notification that they were assigned the call. Bobby called with an ETA which he met. I was on the side of the Interstate. 2 minutes before he arrived, the skies opened up but he didn’t hesitate getting out of his truck and getting me and my vehicle to safety. Thank you for the awesome service so I could get to work in a timely manner.

The dispatcher kept me informed right up until the truck arrived. The driver was extremely courteous, and a very efficient young man. I would highly recommend, and would certainly use the service again if I have to.

Great experience. Driver was helpful, friendly and informative. Took care of my towing to brake and tire shop and jumped it off too. Wouldn't start from sitting for months waiting on the time to get taken to a brake shop so battery was zapped. Here is another tidbit. Another wrecker showed up from other company about time I was almost home from meeting Caspers who had picked up our Ford Expedition took it to the brake shop and I followed him talked to brake shop company for some time showing what wanted done and selected the tires then came home and the other company that apparently tried to beat Caspers and didn't come close. Also Caspers was nice modern roll back, whereas the other company's was an old truck from early 80s like Cooters from Dukes of Hazard. I feel the vehicle is taken care of better on the flat than dragged with the older hook. Overall couldn't be happier with my experience today.

Getting my car to the repair shop had me interact with two of Casper's people. Both were efficient knowledgeable friendly helpful. I feel very good about their service as I have for years now.

Shoes up fast and was nice. When asked to drop my car where every other tow person had dropped it in my driveway, it was put in the middle of the street (people fly down my street). So nice and all just incompetent
