This has to be the shadiest company on the planet…they performed a battery jump on my car a charged me $235 of which I was quoted as $130 then they wrote their own review under my name giving themselves excellent ratings. I would Never used this company again. I was told to give the driver 30 minutes to reach me however, it took him one hour and a half, he also charged me for miles driven from his place of business to my location. I was at a total disadvantage because they get all your credit card information from you before arriving. But, in spite of it all, it was the writing the excellence report under my name that turned me off…Rip-off company, shady practices, NEVER AGAIN…

Kevin was great! He was fast and pleasant to ride along with! Payment was a little tricky since they don’t take cards but over all 10/10 experience

This company is owned by priority wrecker services. I found that out the hard way l called them bc l needed a tow truck and the only reason l called them was bc of the 4.3 stars average on Google. My $8000+ mistake was not reading the 1 star reviews b4 calling them bc l was in a hurry to get a driver off the road that broke down with the rear differencial going out on the semi truck. So please read the 1 star reviews b4 you call this company or piority wrecker service out of TN and IL it's the same scumbag company that over charges and only excepts cash app, venmo, or zelle payments so once you pay using one of those methods you can never get your money back so ask yourself if they were a honest business why would they only take cash app payments instead of CC payments like all other businesses. PLEASE IGNORE THEIR 4 AND 5 STAR REVIEWS BC 95% OF THOSE REVIEWS ARE FAKE REVIEWS. READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS AND YOU WILL QUICKLY GET THE PICTURE OF WHAT A SCAM COMPANY THIS TRULY IS.

Reasonably priced and great customer service! Candee answered all of my questions and was very patient with me and I got my vehicle towed within the hour for a great price. Will use this service again if needed!

I was having trouble understanding what the charges were and how the whole towing process worked. But reception was very helpful and patient with me! Workers that work with customers are the best so they deserved a good review.

Needed a quick tow. A bit pricey but, in a pinch will be there pretty quick. Kevin was professional and an honest man. If you need a quick tow and not worried about price, give ‘em a call!
