I have 4 words to describe Commercial Towing/Lockhart: My Hero, Tucker Kane!! Tucker was there for me, more than once! He's the best worker in the Towing business, of any company!!! Tucker picked up my car on the call about the wreck I had just been in. He's multi-talented! He's a humble person, and he's very kind. Well, he was to me. My situation was grim!Pieces of my car were all over the road. I am truly blessed to be alive! Tucker picked up every piece and put them all inside my car, b4 he left the scene. 1st responders took me to a hospital, becoz I was not well. When I got to the wrecking yard, late Tues, afternoon. I was late and the yard was closed. Tucker was there to greet me. He took me in and opened my car so I could get all my belongings. He was Johnny on the spot! By the time I made it to Lockhart, my phone was dead. I asked Tucker to take pics of my car. He did and sent them to my phone. And, he helped me take all my stuff to my other car, up the road from the tow yard. He's probably one of the nicest people I've ever met!! Losing my car was very hard. But meeting Tucker reminded of how blessed I really am to be alive. I can never thank him enuff! I believe Tucker is a super Hero! He deserves a nice, fat raise or some type of reward for giving excellent svc, beyond the call of duty!!!.

Jonathan @ Commercial Towing Services was recommended from the Kenworth Dealer in Buda Texas. I couldn't be more happier with Jonathan and his team. My tractor truck without warning broke down and left me stranded. Jonathan certainly knows his business and understands the costs associated with being a business owner. My tow charges were very reasonable having my rig towed from New Braunfels TX. I cannot promise for all situations because to safely tow; takes time, but Jonathon was able to have one of his drivers to my 20 in less than 30 mins, had my trucked hooked, and the driver and i booked within the next 30 mins. I will certainly keep this company in my short list for future needs. I appreciate the more smaller (mom and pop type) businesses. Thank you again guys for a wonderful experience. We were hit by a 18-wheeler on I -35. The Buda police officer called Commercial Towing Service, who arrived very quickly. They towed our car and changed the tire for us. They couldn't have been more helpful!

Waited 1.5 hours on the side of the highway in south Austin, until my insurance called and informed me they couldn't find a tow service. I was on my own. I called Commercial Towing, a human woman answered, and she was very friendly and helpful. Tow truck arrived at my location within 20 minutes. Driver was also friendly and knew what he was doing. I was able to pay via an app on the driver's phone. I was dropped off at Discount Tire in Kyle. Service couldn't be better! Highly recommended!!

Tony was very helpful and extremely patient, I really appreciate his quality time. Despite how hot it was outside, he refused to seat in his car while I make calls to the rental car company I rented from. I had a really great experience with Jonathan and Louis, of Commercial Towing. I've stressed for a few weeks about getting someone out to tow my car since it has been non-operational for awhile. I finally prioritized it and called around to find someone to do the job. When I called Commercial and spoke with Jonathan, owner, he was obviously very knowledgable and quickly earned my trust. Louis showed up for our 10am appointment today. He was very professional, experienced and careful when handling my vehicle. While I was driving the other day, my car got stuck on a huge hill in the snow/icy conditions. Louis happened to drive past, and decided to help out. I'm so thankful for you guys!!! They were so generous they took time out of their day, especially in this bad weather. They are extremely kind and made sure we made it down the road alright. I highly recommend this companys' service and commend what a great job they did. Great people!

I am a police officer and our department has used Commercial Towing for some time. They have always gone above and beyond to get the job done. Each hauler is very professional and the equipment they run are always clean and look very sharp. I also have a company which installs compactors and balers and heavy machinery. Today I was in a pinch and needed a pick up off a low boy to a roll off to get a large compactor on the ground. I contacted Commercial Towing Services and they were able to facilitate and get to my yard very quickly. The team that arrived did a great job removing the compactor and getting it on the ground. The team had their reflective safety shirts on with company logos clearly visible and looked very professional. Commercial Towing Services did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them to anyone for any towing, hauling, or specialty needs.

Not only was I impressed by the tow truck driver but when I went to their office the next day, I was greeted and treated the same way! so two days ago, i called for a tow service and commercial towing services was the one i found. i called them and they answered the phone really quick. they were very polite and very helpful. they sent out a flat bed and the ETA was accurate, the driver who goes by the name Louis, this guy was very cool. he was professional, respectful and very helpful. the whole experience was phenomenal and im definitely calling these guys again if i ever need a tow service..

Broke down on the side of the highway, Louis was very professional, he got there quickly, loaded quickly, and gave me a ride to where I needed to be with my truck in tow. As unfortunate as the situation was, having Louis as my driver made the experience as positive as it could be. 10/10 five star service quality. Highly recommend these guys
