FANTASTIC experience! Rita, the office contact, was extremely polite, courteous and professional. After getting all of our information, she said someone would be out in "45 minutes or so". Actually, Kyle showed up under 30 minutes. Again, very professional and obviously knew exactly what he was doing, taking time to ensure that everything was 'just so' before leaving with our car. My wife is extremely particular about her car and he put us totally at ease, saying, "I treat everybody's car like it was my own". I hope we don't need another tow any time soon, but if I do, I'm calling these folks! Bravo!

If I could -100 stars I would…. My car was towed yesterday and I told the person who towed my vehicle to the euless location to turn my signal lights off. I was told they had to stay on while towing my vehicle which is lie. And they drained my battery leaving my signal lights more the 24hrs. A guy took me to the yard to my vehicle my car would not start and look to see my hazard light button was pressed meaning they did not turn them off. And yes I was angry and frustrated this cause me to miss work. And I was cursed out by a guy who told me he would have charged my battery for free but since “I showed out inside” he has to charge me so they guy took the $85 payment and I was sitting in my vehicle and noticed he did not put the cables on my battery to charge it for my car to start. This was done purposely to make $85 and I was threatened to get off the property and I recorded the guy cursing me out calling me out my name. But I will take legal action and get something done about this. But here’s a picture of some of the rude unprofessional people that work there.

I had a couple of dead machines at Ritchie brothers auction in fort Worth and called everyone and ended up using this company got the job done for a better rate than other companies I called. If you need something loaded at Ritchie brothers I would highly recommend these guys. Tell the dispatcher to send bubba did an awesome job ?

Will NEVER use another Wrecker Company EVER again. Andy and Deb are phenomenal and good Christian people. Their business reflects the amazing sense of morals and integrity. Fair pricing. Great drivers. Wonderful.staff and dispatchers. Plus they are constantly giving back to the community. You can NOT find a better wrecker/tow company than this.

The dispatcher & tow driver was super nice & friendly. Only issue is it they took about 2hrs to come & they are very pricey. Just for a tow less then 3-4 miles(about 5-6mins away) with taxes was $165??

Stole parts from the front of my car. Rude people. I would literally use any other service thier just thieves n liars. Not only that they charged me 120$ to tow 4min away, from thier impound, per Google maps. They're terrible!!!

Always great service and friendly drivers. Prices are tdlr minimum so they don't take advantage of any customer. I will always call them like I did with the total loss on my car. Pics are from their flatbed, then in the yard to show they care.

Out of 5 ladies killing time only 1 dealing with 1 customer and answer phone calls. They complained about more people showing up because they were supposed to be out by 3pm. I didn't get the help I needed. Very upset about wasting my gas, my time and energy driving around 40 min. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing against the company this review is specifically directed towards Christina. My friend and I were looking for road side assistance and finally got a hold of bnb wreckers in which we were connected to Christina. Christina was rude and dismissive, I believe in these situations the customers are supposed to give a call back number and agents are supposed to ask for ours but she never did either but yet led us to believe that a truck was going to arrive to assist. If we never called back an hour after waiting to see what’s taking so long we would’ve been still waiting in the Texas cold till this day.

Keith is Rocken with Dokken!! The female phone answering person.....she may be on drugs, high on the job, does not know how to use google, or maybe just lacking in public customer interaction. Beware, she is an idiot. Euless B&B is a respected part of the history of Euless. My wife and I had a problem on the road. I knew who to call. Euless B&B and Keith got us moving. My 2014 Nissan Versa got impounded when i went to pick my stuff up out of it it was immediate no waiting. Friendly service. I Def recommend them for towing and to the guy in the golf cart who looked under my titan for spare your cute are you single lol

I’d give less of a star if I could. Family owned and operated is great and all but the leadership and training this place provides is terrible. I live here in euless and enjoyed working for this company for the short time being. I came in not knowing how to do any type of towing. I got put in training with a guy named Tyler and he was/is the only guy that genuinely cares about teaching or training the “new guy”. The entirety of my training was in the big rig 18 wheelers with the landoll’s and lowboy’s. I knew nothing about the lowboy but was quickly learning everything about it thanks to Tyler. I learned how to hookup and disconnect from the trailer with the gooseneck attached to the truck, how to chain down the equipment you were hauling and many more things thanks to that young man. As soon as I got done with my training they threw me into a tow truck.. not knowing a lick of it. So the first call they sent me on I had to call Tyler to come and show me what to do. Every call I went on in the tow truck I had to call somebody. Steve in particular.. the “supervisor”. Steve is very disrespectful to someone that has no idea of the job and what you don’t know. He will talk down on you and make you feel worthless because of you not knowing what to do. He will show you one time how to do anything and expect you to know how to do it from there on out. Andy the owner only cares about his reputation and the name of the company. This place has so many people that come and go to work and the reason is the training and the way the “leaders” talk to you. Very disrespectful and rude group of people. I highly recommend Beards towing or All American towing compared to B&B. Just for the respect factor.

The lady I spoke to over the phone and at the location was very understanding. As was the young man who took me to my vehicle, both were exceptionally kind. Removing all the stress from their end of a "very bad situation". Thank you both.

Very useless place, manipulative towing company trying to convince you to keep your car pounded so they can keep hipping you will fees on a daily so that you can't get your vehicle out so the can Auction it. If I could give 0 Stars I would. My son had a tire come off and while I was on my way there a guy stopped that worked for B&B, not in a tow truck but in his personnel truck. So my son called B&B to pick up the car. Loading the car they broke the lower ball joint on the lip of the trailer. When we get the car home I noticed that when the ball joint was broken, the axle came apart since the ball joint was no there to hold the wheel in place. After 3 days in trying to reach someone to talk to, I finally get in touch with a guy named Steve. I explained what had happen and they will do NOTHING to fix the car. How is it that they brake something and won't fix it. Also, before they would unload the car I was told that I had to pay for the (so called nice guy) that pulled over first. No mention of this before hand, they wait until the car is loaded and you are stuck and have no choice. Crooks on so many levels. I understand things happen when loading a vehicle, and I am not asking for them to replace the wheel hub that broke on my sons car. Only the parts that they broke. Don't think I was being unreasonable at all. But they sure are. So if you want to take a chance with them then go ahead, but everyone I know will know about this and in hopes that no one that I talk to uses them. Word of mouth is karma!! I attached a picture because Steve told me that the car slide down the road with no wheel, that is why the ball joint was ruined. I see no scrape marks on the road from said ball joint sliding down the road. Told Steve the wheel fell off and my son stopped right away. Also attached the broken axle that Steve said the truck driver did not do.

They are nice people, indeed, a review based on how nice they were would be a 5 star review. I feel bad about writing this review, but I just can't shake the feeling you get when you have been taken advantage of. Recently, I had an accident resulting in a concussion, I had no control over what happened next, they towed my motorcycle slightly over 2 miles. Their fee was $214.00. They impounded the bike and tacked on more charges. Had I not suffered the concussion, I would have had it towed to my home for far less money. As it was, I had no say in the matter, my consent was not sought after nor was it given. On the second day after the accident, I was quoted nearly $400 in fees to get the bike out. There is also a storage fee of $21.03 per day to leave my motorcycle propped against some junk in their yard. As of this writing the bill is $628.00. The same motorcycle was towed 13 miles less than a year ago, and 5 miles another time, both tows by licensed professionals, at their standard rate. The 13 mile tow was $150.00, the 5 mile tow was $125.00. I don't write many reviews, I nearly didn't write this one, but I just can't conceive what possible justification there is for gouging at this level. I find myself choosing between paying my bills or getting my fixable bike out of their lot.
