Driver calls you to let you know his estimated time of arrival. He gets here on time, introduces himself, and his very courteous. He finishes the job precisely and then calls to advise you where he has left your vehicle. He was very courteous, timely, and efficient. We do not want to ever be in a situation where we need a tow truck but when you need it, this is the place to call! Thank you, Mission Wrecker service??

Great people and quick service. I called theses people in a jam. And the dispatcher her self was very friendly and kind. And the tow truck driver that i had was a very cool guy as well. He was quick and safe with my equipment. Hopefully i wont have to go with a tow again. But if i do. I will absolutely be calling theses guys. Ohh! And they are fair priced

We have used their service many times and always have issues with their drivers. This time we were going to tow a rig so I called spoke to Ryan which was pleasant until the owner of the big rig that was being relocated to our vsf explain to us that he has a contract with mission and that the dispatcher Ryan had tipped him off that he was about to get towed which I feel is very unprofessional considering we use them on multiple occasions and to do that is very unprofessional and we will no longer be using their service for our heavy duty Towing thanks Ryan maybe we should have dealt with Hector as in the past. Poor judgment mission per Ryan

I was stranded on I-10 during rush hour and mission wrecker service arrived quickly and ensured my safety. Jonathan was my tow truck driver and he went above and beyond to make a stressful situation into a pleasant one! Got my car to the dealership without any issues! I absolutely recommend if you want A+ service who puts the customer first!

Wrecker Truck#458 Unbelievable how many double moves this guy made to WASTE TIME. Scamming on the time he arrived and departed! He arrived with bad attitude and started complaining about parts that he wanted removed to WASTE TIME. He said he didn’t want to damage the wrecked truck lol This guy is a SCAMMER!! Look at the dam truck! He asked for help so many times that I asked for a discount: he said “yeah you’re kidding” overall it was a pain dealing with this guy.. I won’t be calling back.

Dispatcher was very helpful. But the overnight Driver was top notch. Gave me an estimated ETA of 1.5 hours, the tow driver called me 10 minutes after I got off the phone, and arrived 10 minutes after. So a total of 20 minute wait, and gave me a ride to my apartment, with my vehicle of course. And the best priced by at least $100.
