Patrick was an expert with “big Pete” the heavy rotator. I needed some massive cedar logs loaded into my trailer and he made quick work of it. Reasonable pricing and fast, these are the people you want!

Brandon saved the (long) day. I thought maybe he had decided he couldn’t do it but to my relief, he came back with chains on his tires. Got me out of my jam but in the process got his own truck stuck so he had to winch himself out, too. Had a great attitude through it all. Would definitely recommend this company.

Jake came out and was phenomenal. I had locked my keys in my car and he quickly arrived and opened the car. I was embarrassed but he just laughed it off and lightened the situation. All around fast response and good customer service.

Truck got struck in my yard and Dick’s towing came to the rescue. They got there in about an hour and completed the job in under 39 minutes. Price was reasonable for a ~30 ton truck.

The driver called me right after he got my request and gave me a better (quicker) expectation of when he would be at my location. He was able to quickly get my vehicle jumped and me on my way.

Very professional I got run out of charge on my Tesla he knew what he was doing and very friendly even after he dropped the car he waited to make sure I am ok.

Driver arrived within the hour. Changed tire. There was a strange noise then he followed me to repair shop to make sure I got there. Timely, Courteous service.

The driver showed up quickly when no other company was available or would take hours.. He did a great job on hooking the car up and getting it back home in my driveway.

The tow person was great and very knowledgable!! My battery was so low, he had to come back to recharge. He waited to be sure car would not die againand said ket ut warm up 19 or so min. To be sure it didn't die when putting it in gear! And gave a great area to drive to charge up car , that was not on the freeway. I didn't want to drive on the freeway.

Jake was courteous professional and easy to work with. Not to mention they were considerably less than the competitors in that area. Highly recommend them for all your towing needs.
