My company rented 2 trailers from this place. We brought back the trailers in perfect condition. They said they would not give back the deposit after they said they would. Dean is the man in question. He's a liar and a terrible person to work with. Would NOT recommend.

If I could make a list of everything customer service shouldn’t be, it would be this place. I could write paragraph after paragraph about how every aspect of both the sales and service department are an absolute joke, but that would literally take all day. Long story short, terrible quality of work, terrible communication, no accountability for their mistakes, and over entitled attitudes from the receptionist to the owner.

I've searched high and low for a trailer dealer who truly understands what a partnership should like. My search ended 9 months ago. These guys have earned my trust and customer loyalty. They communicate proactive, shoot straight and anticipate my needs. I'm home at last!

I spent a week going back and forth over the phone while I was working and running a rental trailer all over California. She knew what I was looking for and went to work. These guys hustle like nothing I've ever seen. Whatever you need any time you need it for commercial transportation... Dave and Greg and the rest of the crew will deliver the best equipment for money spent. A really solid operation.

Steer clear of this business at all costs! We purchased six brand new Stoughton trailers from this company and the entire process has been mishandled from the get go. Their staff is inept at best and lacks any semblance of customer service or even communication skills. After ordering our trailers we were initially told that the equipment would be delivered directly to our location in Redding, CA. The salesman we worked with demanded a deposit which we issued and than told us that in order to line up a delivery that we would have to fund the payment for the trailers by their completion date which we also did. It wasn't until they had their money in hand that their stories began to change. A delivery to Redding within a few weeks turned into a delivery in Lodi, CA. Furthermore we are a month and a half out from when we originally paid for our equipment and we have 2 of the six trailers! We have countless emails from the company with vague delivery dates and delivery location information. Yesterday we sent a truck, at great expense to us, to pick up a trailer that was supposedly was ready for pickup only to find out that the trailer wasn't there. Hours later they explained that the trailer had been delivered to the wrong location in Woodland, CA. Once again we sent a truck and again there was no trailer. This company has contradicted themselves multiple times and flat out lied to us as well. Do yourself a favor and purchase your equipment elsewhere. Considering how much we paid for this equipment I would have assumed North American Trailer would have tried a bit harder to rectify this ridiculous situation.

i would like to thank ray and greg for helping me on my second trailer i had a great exprince with both trailer i purchesed from north american trailer in fontana very easy to buy and get approved and the people explaine everything to me in detail and got me on the road with in couple days thanks agin i will be seeing them again for other triailers i need
