I have had the pleasure of renting from Hale for the last 23 years. While I have other rental accounts, Hale is by far the best! Their equipment is well taken care of, their staff (regardless of the location) is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I dropped my trailer off and they called me the next day, it was done. They were very friendly and honest! I have had mechanics try to take advantage of the "dumb female" , not doing the job correctly if at all or over charging. These people didn't even try, they fixed my trailer for alot cheaper than I thought it would be correctly. I will definitely be bringing my trailer back for future repairs and I already recommended them to other drivers.
They really came through for me when I really needed it. Came in with my icc bar crazily messed up from an accident and they were able to get me in and out in less than 4 hours same day despite they were backed up. Lady in accounts very very much a sweetheart and the gentlemen very helpful. THANKS GUYS
