Reached to the company to inquire about leasing a flatbed trailer. Company stated that Flatbeds are a little easier to lease.. Company's need a fleet of 10 trucks and a bank balance of 5 figures to lease $300 monthly equipment. Why would anyone apply or send bank statements if you gave that information upfront?? The process seems very SUBJECTIVE..If someone did a little digging, I guarantee you'll find people that they rent/lease to that doesn't come CLOSE to their "said requirements". They waste your time and request all kinds of personal information before communicating The correct process and stipulations upfront. Just go to Duval Semi which is less than 2 miles across 285.. Much easier, honest, and fair process. This company seems very "systematic" without concrete terms on the rental/lease process.

I have been using Metro Trailer Leasing for 2 years now. The staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have dealt with Sam in the maintenance department several times and he has always taken care of the problems that periodically arise with my trailer very quickly and at a very good price. I am really pleased with Metro Trailer and would recommend this company to anyone that is needing a semi trailer.

Complete failure to track all their trailers with GPS. Mean and nasty customer support when I complained. Incompetent. Government regulators should shut them down!
