Bought a Prestige hopper bottom, beautiful trailer at a very competitive price given the market. Worked with Brian Herbert on the deal. He was very straight forward, direct, and on top of everything through the whole process. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the experience Brian.

I have been trying to buy a trailer from Jim Hawk salesperson Paul Carberry for over two years, but he never even offered me a trailer. However, every time I call Jim Hawk they transfer me to this guy. A week ago I called Jim Hawk and expressed my concerns and check why is so hard even to offer me a trailer at any price. I guess Paul was not happy of my feedback so he decided I am the little guy(in this case I am) and he called people I work with trying to put pressure on me and twist my opinion. Sharing information between customers is extremely unprofessional. Jim Hawk needs to step on the their game and understand that customer matters.
If you are looking to buy any type of trailer then Brian is the guy. Always calls back, takes care of the customer and is willing to go the extra mile. He is about taking care of the customer and doing the right thing. Characteristics that are difficult to find in the trucking industry today especially in sales.
I agree. The trailer my employer got wasn’t as described. It also didn’t work when picked up and had to be serviced the same day. It supposedly passed inspections too. If you check BBB, it says the practices are deceitful and I feel the same way. Now, the head gasket needs work. My employer ALSO had poor communication with Paul.
Horrible experience bought a 2015 Great Dane Reefer that came from shuster. First load out trailer needs bushing now am out $2300 dollars plus downtime. Carriers be careful they said these trailer pass dot inspection but they are not road ready.
