Stopped by for the first time looking for a rare Western Star part. They did not have my part in stock however John Weakly was very helpful. He found other dealers who had this part in stock and printed out my part #. Even though I made no purchase today I will definitely be back for my needs, thanks to friendly service at the counter.

Is my best experience in a place to buy a trailer. Mike H. exelent person and sales man. They're very helpful, professional and nice. Whenever I needed a part for my trailer or my buddie's Mike western star truck they were ready with answers and advices as well. And whenever they were working on my trailer they even provide me with a transportation to go pick up something to eat. Thank you guys. Is a great place to do business with. First off love the truck we bought. Nice 2017 Western Star 4900 EX, but why did you guys sell us a truck with a DPF filter at 85%. Not right when you have a shop right there on your premises to make sure what goes out your door is right. We know we bought used, BUT REALLY!

stopped by for some parts, discussed either rebuilding my 5th wheel or replacing the top half.they had my 7000 fontaine in stock, told me it would take about 3 hours to swap them. loaned me the parts pickup to go to breakfast while they did it. when i returned a little over an hour later the job was completed. they discounted all the parts from list. great people! will use them again if i'm in the area.

I have dealt with dennis and mike from springfield tractor and trailer for all my leasing needs for almost 4 years. Hands down best service and staff out of any place I have ever been. Will blow Tnt out of the water in quality. One of the last mom and pop shops that actually go above and beyond daily to make you feel appreciated. Friendly Detroit Diesel Dealer! Had some problems with a Volvo truck with a Detroit engine. They took me in, diagnosed it and found a bad connection on the fuel temperature sensor, fixed it and I was out of there.
