Place went above and beyond, we were doing a pick up local by this company. Our pickup load facility would not load our trailer due to a little tiny hole in the ceiling came here. They’re patching it for free and just said remember us and tell others.

Very knowledgeable people, extremely helpful. Needed some welding done on my trailer and they took care of me right away. They know we truck drivers need to be on the road as soon as possible. These guys were AMAZING! Went to petro with trlr having a serious electrical problem, and a sidewall repair needed. Petro refused to touch it. Brought trailer here at 0800 when they opened, they had me back on the road within 4 hrs.

First I'd like to say I give the salesman I worked with a 5 star he was nice and easy to work with and even helped me find a company to finance an Apu. I'd also like to add that I would give the mechanic that installed it a 3.5. I was told it was finished and ready to pick up and when I showed up I found loose bolts on the back wall that took over an hour to repair when it should have been done and addressed while it was in for the install. I also found when I got home the instrument panels in the sleeper were not screwed in all the way which is sad because when I removed everything for them I set a magnetic tray in the sleeper for them with the bolts to reinstall the panels, it's more like a little extra effort goes a long way specially when your paying so much for the product. Now the reason I gave them a one star is purely for the product. Story goes I bought a truck used that came with a comfort pro on it, it was old rusted and I dumped a lot of money into it to keep it going for 2 years, finally got tired of trying to keep the rust bucket going it was very unreliable and falling apart. When I talked to the salesman I told him specifically I would like to look into getting a new one due to the "unreliability" of the one I had and the major fact of it not cooling and sleeping in a puddle of sweat every night. I got the new one installed and it's been only just over a week and it's already not working, it's actually hotter in the truck when the AC is on, and here I thought a new one would make a difference and chalked up the old one as to age is why I was having issues with it, I guess it doesn't matter old or new. It does come with a 4 year warranty so at least it will be fixed but it's the fact that as a truck driver now you lose pay and acquire down time to have to find and bring it in to a dealer to have a week old Apu looked at. I'm not an unreasonable person I know stuff can fail and issues can happen that's why they have a warranty, but in one week c'mon it seems a little ridiculous. If your looking to get a new Apu I'd do more research than I did and look at reliability between the comfort pro and the tripac from thermal king.

The mechanic that worked on my trailer did a shabby job welding it. I was fortunate that I decided to stop and sweep out my trailer because the top door hook was hung up on a the cobble job that the guy never ground down or checked to see if the doors opened and closed correctly. Cost me a couple hours, and cost my boss more money at another shop 1 1/2 down the road. Not impressed.

Travis came to get our flat tire replaced with our spare, after we found out it couldn't be removed he offered to transport us to the nearest tire shop. Went back and towed our vechle there and was so polite. He did this all in less than 90 minutes. Being stuck on I 35 interstate with your grandchildren isn't fun or safe. Thanks, Travis?❤️

The ratings that I saw from this page was deferent than what I encountered today. The service was bad, the sale man was not friendly and he was bad at costumer service, he did not showed us welcome, talked to us in front of the lobby. I don't think he knows how to run in business...
