I can't recall writing more than 10 reviews of businesses and the people that make them run in my life. This will be the second I've written for 1 person. Years ago, we ordered our first ATC race trailer from Ryan Heston when he was at a different dealership. We had nothing but problems trying to order trailers from what seemed like every dealer in the country before stumbling upon Ryan. Wouldn't return calls, countless cases of incorrect information, build sheets that were never even close to what we asked for and took days to receive and rectify, only to miss half of it again anyway, every aspect of it made me dread the process. Enter Ryan, every thing we asked for, he did. He got every detail right the first time, he's not only responsive but far exceeds what anyone would dictate as acceptably responsive. We tried to order another trailer from him a few months ago but he left the dealership that he was with when we ordered the last couple trailers. Thinking he had moved on to something new, we tried to order a trailer with the same company thinking everything would be the same as the last orders we had placed but it was back to what I had grown to hate about ordering trailers. All the frustrating things I just listed came back in droves. After getting fed up with the old dealership and their seeming incompetence, we looked elsewhere, same story all over again. Until the name Ryan popped up in several sterling reviews for Great Dane St. Louis of all places. Didn't even know they worked with ATC but figured we'd give them a call and see if by some chance it was the same person. Sure enough it was and after a few days he had the exact spec to the last detail ordered and signed off. Every single thing that he promised, he delivered, on time and at a great price. We just received a new ATC race trailer and its perfect to the original plan in every way. Buy with confidence.

I got a ATC trailer from this dealer recently and I have to say the customer service is 5-Star. My sales person was not on the day I came to pick it up but the rest of the staff helped me no problem. Also one of the lights on my trailer had a small issue but they get the tech to fix real quick, plus when the tech got finished I noticed he had taken off his shoes so he didn't mark up the interior of my trailer. Great service and they got me on the road asap. I will but another trailer from this location next time. Thanks for actually trying and making sure your customers are happy, rare to find in todays business world - a company that puts the customer first.

I ordered an ATC Raven enclosed car hauler with numerous options from MO Great Dane Ryan Heston was outstanding in placing my order with ATC. He was available 24/7 when responding to my emails and helping me determining what options were right for my requirements. He did not try to over sell me. He walked me through the process and made this a great experience. Their service dept also installed four special D rings on the trailer floor that looks like factory installed. When I picked the trailer up at the dealership Ryan showed me all of the trailer features and capabilities. I am from Oklahoma and found their prices on trailers considerably one of the lowest in the nation. Highly recommend this dealership for your trailer needs and service.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a 2013 Utility Trailer from them and they claim it passed inspections, The day I went to pick up my trailer I couldn't leave because there was a malfunction with the trailer leaking air and would not release the trailer tandems to slide which they fixed on the spot because the trailer would not move. Secondly I had to return it again because it was leaking water when it rained. They agreed to fix it and stated that this should have be caught in the so call inspection. Now I am 2 months into the purchase and I need major work done on the floor boards. They are saying the damage was not there when I purchased it and that I had to do it. The type of damage done was not done in 60 days this is damage that has been done. They have quoted me a price of $4978.41. I paid $15,000 cash for this trailer 60 days ago and now they want another $5,000 to make repairs on something that they knew about but saying they didn't. I called them on Sept 9th to check on the repairs and they told me they were not fixing it because I reported them to the BBB. Beware because they are selling these trailer claiming they are inspecting them and they are not because if they were the 3 times I had to go back to them those issues would have been corrected in the inspection..

Nice, neat and professional place, took my trailer here for alignment and annual inspection. They took care of it right away, new facility with new secured parking lot. Labor rate is competitive $80 per hour ?

As the sidekick of someone buying a trailer I can say the staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get through the process quickly to accommodate a time restraint and even helped hook up the new trailer. Very professional and clean office with bottled water for guests.

Took trailer for wheel seal replace it was under warranty and they took care of me with respect and everything was easy going from there they finish when they said they will and manager was great and employees also great job Great Dane one happy customer here. Thanks

Call and talk to Matt in the parts department about buying some repair parts for my Trailer he was very knowledgeable about what parts i need to make the necessary repairs i got all the parts i needed to fix my trailer on the very first trip.
