These guys are amazing. They will help you out the best they can. Had a reefer oil change and was done in an hour. They let me know the details of work and the stuff I needed to keep an eye on. Also the mechanic taught me how to change belts in the case if emergency. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

My air tank in my trailer broke down Sunday, I waited until Monday to call and when I finally got ahold of someone I asked if I can change my air tank with them. They told me that they will look at the shedule and see if they can fit me in, they took down my number and now it's Friday and I still didn't hear back from them! I wouldn't recommened anyone to this company.

It is a good place to work and the pay was good at the time I worked there. The hours are good as well. The only downside is sometime it is a a lot of driving and working outside in the heat and cold. I would work there again.

I own JSA LLC, a trucking company. We do power only units. We haul companies trailers from point A to point B. I was contracted to haul a trailer for this company. Unlike all of my other customers, this was a new customer. They wanted my insurance deductable down to $1,000 from my set amount at $2,500. they also wanted to be named as a loss payee, cirtificate holder and an additional insured. I agreed to this on the condition that they pay more than the offered rate because it would cost me over $1,500 a year more plus fees to do all that. My customers usually just want to be a cirt holder, witch does not cost me anything extra. It took from 9:07 AM. This particular custome became difficult to get into contact with. I did not rcieve the proper paperwork until 11:59 AM. My truck sat there the entire time witing on this cutomer. After recieving then proper paperwork, my truck arrived at Swift transportation to pick up Atlantic Utility's trailer. Arrived at 12.09 PM By 1:40 PM I had to call the custome because thier customer was taking an ecessive amount of time to locate the trailer. No manager was availiable at Atlantic Utility. The owners were not availiable to handle this situation. I am the owner of the trucking company and I am the driver on this particular load. By 2 PM, I ended up refusing this load. It cost me over $500 in wasted time and lost revunue due to thier peculiar insurance requests. This is not a good way to do business. I will refuse all loads for this company at this time.
