Had a exhaust put on. It literally was touching my air bag and blew it out. Call these folks and they say get it fixed , just send us the invoice. Needless to say, I was in California when I needed to get fixed. A non compliant truck. Finally found a place that did the work. Sent invoice. They won't reimburse me for repairs. They called the shop in Cali, of course he tells them he didn't work on it cause he could get a big fine. They literally cost me a ton of money. Use at your own risk. Will never go back

I got cut on roof by doors its like not even a inch took them moore then 2 hours to fixed i understand you need to make money we all need to but this is beyond normal way its ridiculous first time here and i will make sure its last time dont come here drivers if i could give 0 stars i would terrible service

Had an emergency issue. They were honest and up front about the timeline and the actual repair. I knew it was going to take a bit to get it done, but they got it done sooner than I expected. Price was reasonable as any emergency could be.

Great place to be if you looking for a trailer. You name it, they have it for whatever kind you looking for. Lease, buy, rent no problem whit this guys, especially Steve Prok and Ray Erne service Mgr. I mentioned this two in person in particular but everyone at Transport Services respect you and are treating you same no matter who you are owner operator, driver or big fleet representative. Rented a trailer, paid the .6 cents per mile for the "full coverage maintenance". Blew one of the junk re-caps they had on it. All 8 tires were junk. Now I have to pay for it. They said it wasn't covered because the tread came off. I should have known it was a scam

Every time I've dealt with them either work wasn't done correctly. Or it's taken twice as long as they said it would. Which puts me behind schedule and cost me extra money. Me personally I would recommend finding somewhere else. This last time cost me $1500 extra. Could have been avoided by simply telling me they couldn't get to it in time. Then I would have brought it back after I did my job. Smh

This company has been great to work with for many years. Their mechanics work hard and are very honest. They maintain our fleet and are extremely responsive while fairly priced!

Very unprofessional. I signed a bill of sale and they said they were taking the trailer off the market as sold for 3 weeks until financing came through. Less than a week later I got a call that three people were looking at the trailer marked as "sold". Financing approved and I contact them only to find they sold it out from under me. All with two weeks.

Just left there with a trailer that they serviced. Pulled over by d.o.t. 30 minutes later and was placed out of service for an extremely low tire. Not trying to say I dont share some blame for not pre-tripping properly. So beware, they are not thorough..... at all.

We had few trailers leaking. Transport service overcharged us for the repairs and they didn't do anything to fix the problem. This will be the last business we'll take to them.
