My company rented a trailer from them and when I returned the unit they inspected it and gave me a slip in writing that the unit was not damaged in any way. However the inspector said the trailer smelled of fertilizer which I agreed it did(we don't haul fertilizer. EVER!). After about a week they sent me a bill for over 13,000.00$ for corrosion. This was a used trailer so who knows what was hauled in it before me. While I was renting this unit I purchased 3 trailers from Utility trailer(they are the same company as pennstro) they just waited to hit me with the bill after I picked up the 3 new units. I know that the timing was intentional the salesman Tim is about the shadiest person I have ever done business with after he got his commission check he did not know my name. I would strongly recommend to stay away from both companies

Would not recommend anyone to rent from them unless you want to waste time. Could not explain what they want. I guess a bit lazy people. That is only reasonable explanation for their behavior.
